Kraken(I know) 2k idea input appreciated

Toying with my list a bit to embrace what it's doing well and add some cheeky(the dimachaeron) to it. The general idea is deepstrike the rippers for obj grabbing, the gaunts with the trygon prime(naturally), and the hive tyrant with devourers.
Drop the other tyrant first as close as possible to my enemy. If they don't correctly position(and I go first) charge it in trying to brutalize something valuable. Reason it is my warlord is to abuse alien cunning, so if they so answer the positioning I just drop it into deepstrike at the beginning of the battle(bypassing the 50% deepstrike rule)

Genestealers and broodlord are just a must with kraken. I see swarmlord and the dimachaeron as tag team champs. It just feels to cheeky not to try. I'm even willing to onslaught, catalyst, and use swarmlord's hive commander to rocket it across the board into someone's face and scare them.

Tell me where I'm dumb. Did do this on battlescribe instead of sleeping so point checks are appreciated as well. Cheers.

It looks solid enough to try. A lot of anti-infantry, some anti-elite, not a lot of anti-tank. Dev Gants and Trygon only coming in T2 though, so that's a thing to look at. Otherwise it's ready to go trial runs?

like it my only things i would tinker with are as follows.

not sure its worth wasting the points on making the trigon a prime.

The broodlord, even though its my favourite looking model and my best painted model I dont think its worth the points.
I would either replace with a neurothrope and 3 venomthropes for more turn 1 protection or a neurothrope and more genestealers.
His buff wont be verry useful as turn 1 i would be double advancing ones squad and swarmy double move the other so the broodlord would get left behind. i suppose you could use the double move strat on him, but then he cant charge.

I feel a dimachaeron(after it eats some infantry), the reaper of obliterax hive tyrant, and a swarmlord are more then enough to get in and mess up some tanks.

Trygon Prime is there for synapse insurance, and to have better target choices other then just whats in front of the devbomb(and because the 30 points couldn't really do anything better anywhere else).

I certainly agree with your broodlord opinion; it should be somewhere around 140pts imo. I dont like things that can't stand their own ground for this build since i'm already running 3 ripper swarms for point grabbing. The paroxysm on broodlord is my answer to it likely not keeping up with the genestealer units. Throw the stealers into the largest unit your opponent has, paroxysm it to force that down which could then open some targets for Broodlord next turn. It still packs one hell of a punch surrounded by 36 genestealers. If I were running a different fleet and had more on the table firepower like exocrine or biovores the thropes would likely be smarter. Call it my second "fluff wins" choice
