Making shrikes, but what to do with leftover gargoyle bits?

I'm planning on grabbing myself a second start collecting kit so I can convert myself up a malanthrope from the hive tyrant and some shrikes from the warriors and gargoyles. This will leave me with a full set of leftover gargoyle bodies however, and I don't like to waste parts. Any suggestions on what to do with them? Also, what size bases do the heirodules and dimacheron come on? I'm thinking about having those as my next conversion projects.

Garg bodies + scytals = serpentine hormagaunts.

Or give them the fleshborers they come with, reshape the tails in a similar fashion as raveners... slithering termagants.

I gave them genestealer talons and used them to bulk out ripper bases.

I used their tails on my Shrikes too.

Also, they look cool if you use four wings per model.
