Are you planning on babysitting your exocrines with the tervigon? If so, those gaubts won't move very far if they still want tervigon spawns. And you might want to make 8-15 of them devourer gaunts too.

I'm not really keen on the tervigon tbh.

Have you considered dropping the exocrines for hive guard? 1 unit of hive guard with impalers puts out roughly the same amount of fire power as an exocrine for half the price with the bonus of already hitting on 3's and not needing to have LoS. You could drop both exocrines for 2 units of hive guard and have comparable fire power. Slightly less durable but they do t have a degrading profile and again the don't need LoS which adds to their durability. Maybe even shuffle around genestealer / gant numbers to font in another unit.

If you want to stick this basic build I'd say drop 10 genestealers.
2 units of 17 and a unit of 16 is still pretty scary.
