Yeah, how long did that game take? I'm guessing a whole weekend (or 24 hour marathon session).

Whole weekend, the attackers won. Was a special type of mission. The defenders (Imperials and Eldar) had 5 "mechanics" they needed to protect and bring them in the middle of the table to destroy the alien "artifact" the attackers were trying to seize. Attackers (All xenos and aliens minus Eldar) killed the mechanics in time.

Wasn't there a special rule of Xenos won, the Tyranids have to turn on the rest?

Yeah, there was no chance in the universe that any faction would get wiped out. At some point we just gave up.
