They were not in the box I purchased, no. I bought the WD...$3.99 to download.

Toxicrene and Maleceptor rules were eventually published free to download on black library. The same could happen with the Tyrannocyte/Sporocyst. Just speculating...

Definitely in the White Dwarf magazine for the Tyrannocyte, and the same is true for the new zoanthrope rules. I wish I knew that the Toxicrene rules would become free at some point... >~<

EDIT: I don't know if this is how the Broodlord looks, but this doesn't look anything like the "current" Broodlord model. Could this be next week's release? Just an idea.

No release next week that I know of. My guess it could be the special mini in a Blood Angel vs Nid box set like Sanctus Reach was, or it could be the new plastic Brood Lord to replace the old one in the next Nid release. (maybe with Lictors/Death Leaper clam pack as well, but not anytime soon.)
