theres are 10 points left

basic idea is the rippers will stay in reserve to cap objectives at the end or press up first turn, death leaper will move around, act as accurate drop for the rippers or if needed deep strike death leaper.

Then the node will shoot the (please do not swear) out of anything that is a threat putting out 36 shots twin-linked a turn, plus the tyannofex is there to hose down hordes plus preferred enemy so most likely re-rolls every time. the warriors will remain hidden behind the MC, (would taking a venomthrope instead of a ripper squad be better?) if i encounter av 14 carno's will be pressing so its only a matter of time before they lunch on it.

what are everyone's thoughts?

I would run this with the Tyranid Prime in the Warrior Brood to prevent "Slay the Warlord". 1-4 Victory Poins in Mealstrom Missions.
The Deathleaper dies to easy to massed small arms fire or anything with ignore cover.

The Venomthrope is deffinetly the way I would go with. The look on your enemys face when the single wound on your Tyrannofex he would have caused with this LasCan gets lost in the Toxic shroud is so sweet

You'll absolutely need a venom or malanthrope. You will have serious problems when the lone warrior brood dies. Fexes making IB tests will make you a sad panda.

I agree on replacing deathleaper. His warlord trait is next to useless and a Prime (or anything) could net you the infiltrate trait which would be brutal, or stealth ruins, etc etc.

I'd also try and fit in a venom or malan, if at all possible.

warlord trait table "strategic" with re-roll

strategies
1/tyranofex will hide venom and warriors, and also the carnos will aid in the concealment and advance up the table, with rippers popping in to cap objectives
2/If infiltrate goes off, infiltrate the 3 carnos and prime in a squad with one of them for T6 and interchange if one is low on health. and the tyrano and the warriors with venom concealed, will advance up the table to get within 12 inch on the carnos.

Please post any other tweaks to the list or overall strategies changes.

Tactic 2 will not work that way since Independet Characters are not allowed to join monsterous creatures anymore, so Prime can not join the Fex.
So either put him with the Warrors or the Venomthrope (Would push to T5 and if placed to the front will protect the Venom from instant Kill)
Maybe infiltrate 1 Fex, Tyranofex & Prime+Toxothrope, hidden behind the Tyranofex for LoS Cover.
