Back to bugs...army list help

So after a year long break from 40k I've decided to start my favorite back up so the bugs are making a comeback. With that said, I've always been a nidzilla fan boy so that's what I'm building up to. I'm just looking for a little feedback on unit choices since I haven't played with the new dex yet. My area generally plays at 1850.

HQ:
Hive Tyrant - wings, TL devs x2
Hive Tyrant - wings, TL devs x2

Elite:
Hive Guard x3

Troops:
Gants x30
Tervigon
Warriors x3 - barbed strangler, deathspitter x2

FA:
Hive Crone

Heavy:
Exocrine
T-Fex
Dakkafex x2

If my math is correct, this should be 1850 on the dot. I've got 8 MCs, 3 of which are FMC, and an additional 6 T6 wounds in the hive guard. I feel I'm a bit light on synapse, but I'm unsure what to change out to get more.

Any advice or comments are welcome. Thanks.

Unless people refuse to play against it, most people on here are probably going to recommend a Malanthrope for extra synapse and shrouded in a single package. Not sure what to cut, though I'd probably give the deathspitters on the warriors a miss.

nice list yeah i would say malanthrope as well or even buy two, i do not use a tervigon myself seems like 195 points just for more termagants. I would add some rippers for deep strike on objectives thats cool. Also add 15-20 gargoyles are excellent for holding up a elite unit and distraction.

My gaming group has no issues with FW, data slates or anything like that so malanthropes aren't a problem at all. I could drop the warriors for one and add e grubs to the tyrants with the remaining points.

As of right now I don't necessarily want to replace the tervigon for DS rippers, as I want to focus on a nidzilla MC type list but I may go that route in the future.

terv is not good if you're playing outside the friend zone. exocrine is very very mediocre. cut one/both of these things and get some venoms/malanthropes in. egrubs on the flyrants and the tfex are pretty much a must.
