The only thing I'm not sure of is if the number of detachments are limited or not, so I squeezed it all into 1 CAD with a single formation to tag along.

I take it there are no time restrictions on turns either? I like the idea of horde I just wouldn't have time to play with it.

Do you not anticipate many flyers/FMCs or are you confident you can block their movement with all those bodies?

You need the Trygon for the tunnel for the endless swarm reserves.

Yes, the Trygon is there for the tunnel. Across 3 games it got actually used *once*. To be fair, it allowed my OS 'gants to enter and tap the center objective (3 points. 4 other objectives worth 1 point each).
Problem is, a Malanthrope and a single Hive guard had already scored it so they weren't needed.
Time limit was 2.5 hours (lol!) Tourney ran from 1-10.

Game 1; Black templars.
He had 11 drop pods (so much OS!).
Hammer and Anvil deployment. I deployed so that my heavy hitters were surrounded by 'gants of verying types with Hive guard, warriors, and Biovores as far up deployment, and in a central ruin. Malanthrope/Flyrant on each side of the board, bubble wrapped by the gants. Baited the Drop Pods into my deployment. Things came out, shot up some guys, then promptly died. Malanthrope joined in on a HT killing a combat squad and BOOM 12" PE bubble. Awesome. Fexen killed an Ironside on the charge, then just bumbled around blowing up drop pods because OS drop pods are good. Luckily with 11 pods they were grouped up and I could disordered charge a lot and blow them up. One of my Fexen ended dying to an explosion in hilarious fashion. All the pods had large blast shots. He killed 4 of the 6 Endless Swarm guys and none came back.
Game Highlight; Warlord charged his Warlord and his retinue. I challenge, he accepts. I do two wounds (he had a storm shield) then ID's my warlord. Wups. Other HT later finishes him off.

Victory; 5-3

Game 2; Eldar with an Imperial Knight, 2 Crimson Hunters (1 was Exarch). 3 Units of Guardians with BL support weapon, 2 Vaul artillery with Vibro Cannons, Warp Spiders w/Exarch, 3 WarWalkers with 2 BL each, Autarch with Flacho wing, Reaper Launcher, Fusion Gun.

Boy what a fun game.

I deploy first, 3 squads of gaunts on the right flank. One Flyrant on the left flank, once in the center by Stonecrushers with a Mal' by both. Stonecrushers are in the center so I could head towards the knight no matter where he put it. He deployed directly across the table from my 'Crushers. Awesome.

Left Hive Tyrant moves up 12 towards 2 squads of Guardians. Other Tyrant in the center moves Diagnal up and to the left. Mal' goes to cover them both. Stonecrushers move up the center and get a run of 2. Hive guard move up and fire off at the Knight, get 2 glances and a Pen, all of which get saved by his 4+ shield. Squad of horms run to cover the front of the Crushers, but leave a narrow alley towards the Fexen, as I botch my run, even with fleet. His turn he fires the battle cannon at the Mal' and fires the heavy stubbers at the Fexen. He then makes a 10 inch charge down the alley and hits the Fexen, killing 1 and dealt a wound to the other Crusher. I smack him for 1 hp back. R'uh r'oh scooby doo.

Game from here turns into me feeding gaunts into the Knight. It never moved the rest of the game. Hive Tyrants start multching squads, including his Warlord. Trygon comes in late to backfield and causes more problems, and the game just goes in my favor from there. Biovores are also very, very good against anything without 3+, even if it is behind an Aegis.

My last game was against a dude named Rob who I've played in the past, who is a really good blood angel player.

He had some named char with 2+ fnp and a 6" 4+ fnp bubble. 2 Land Raiders, a Pred, a Vindicator, assault marines, Librarian, Storm Raven.
This was a very cinematic game with the Blood Angel castling up (as he did in all his games) and backing up against my swarm. He got the Stonecrusher before they could hit anything, and his FNP really tanked the damage from my Hive Tyrants well. I move to create a huge bottleneck around the center objective (there were 3 this game. 1 in each deployment worth 2 points, and a 3rd in the center worth 3). I end up flooding his combat squads with 'gaunts, keeping them tied up as well as keeping his land raiders back in his deployment (they had reversed to keep distance from my Fexen) since they can't move through combat. My OS gants came in to grab the center objective (my board edge, no trygon tunnel for them ) and the DS OS Rippers by his objective. They failed IB, rolled a 4, and had to charge the Predator sitting on his Objective. GO GO OS!. My warriors and biovores were on my objective. We go to time at turn 4, and 1 of his squads finishes a units of gants (they had the 2+ FNP guy) and consolidates to within 3 inches of the center objective, contesting it. Flyer went into hover mode, moved 24", and contested my objective as well as gained Linebreaker. He tank shocks my gants, they fail morale, and run off his objective.

Loss; 5-3

That's what I get for talking (please do not swear) He ended up 2-1 for the day, as did I, but he won the tiebreaker based on overall VPs.

Brother Corbulo and his 2+ FnP is good but those BA characters are incredibly expensive!

Good job on the wins, sounds like the loss was a bit of a last turn rush so a bit of a shame.
