Tested new list, needs tweaking

Hey guys. So here is the list,

1955 - Points

Summary of fights:

First fight was up against a vehicle heavy Dark Eldar. I have never played them and just about got tabled. I screwed up a lot this game so lets go to the next one.

Second fight was up against Orcs. I won 20-2 in Maeltrom #2. Living artillery did amazing! The pinning tests never really did anything but the re-rolls on blast templates was very amazing. 

Third fight was against my rival, Tau. I typically can only kill his drones and have to resort to survive long enough to score enough objectives. We were tied neck and neck until turn 5 where he got some better objective cards and got the upper hand. I feel very strong about how i played as he runs a cheesy double riptide/farsight enclave. I think the list needs some tweaking and would love all advice. I just wish i would have made a batrep...

this looks like a pretty good list, honestly.

personally, i'm not a fan of tervigons as troops. the combo takes up too many points after you figure in the gants, much less any upgrades to either. some people still swear by them, but i'm not a fan. i prefer to add as much killy as possible, with minimal troops that i reserve, with an eye to killing my opponent's threats first, then his OS units, and contesting what i can't kill with my own deep struck/outflanked/whatever troops.

this focus would be the only thing i'd really change with your list, but this is a purely personal thing. maybe drop a single zoanthrope; with two flyrants and a terv and one zoan, you already have 6 base WC and that frees up 50 points for egrubs on your flyrants, egrubs or shredder and CC on your terv, AG on the fex, etc.

The list as is, is still only 1955, so i can get all of that already minus the CC on the tervigon.

Lately I have been weary on the tervigon in general. The only thing she really does for me is hold an objective really really well. The 30 pack of gaunts i use to make a "blanket" to cover where i dont want someone to deepstrike.

For the tervigon to be effective you need to outflank her. Cluster, electro grubs and crushing claws is my tervi loadout of choice.

Tested the list above against a Astra Militarum army that had 10 tanks and 1 flyer. I whipped him turn 3 without losing a single unit. I wish i would have made a bat rep.
