Anyone know if Army Builder has a release for new Nids?

I grabbed it a while ago and haven't figured out how to add new units. It's missing a lot of escalation and obviously it's now missing the new Nid Codex. Anyone else use this and have an updated data table or know where I can find one?

It used to be one month after the codex dropped. Not sure if it is the same release schedule.

since it's all 'volunteers' doing the coding now, it takes a minute. don't expect one for a month or so.

I'm wondering if I'm not setting it up incorrectly. Mine is missing a lot of units that have had rules for quite some time. Apoc units, Fortifications now have been out for a month, etc. That's why I'm looking for others that use it.

I stick to the basics myself. Good old fashioned note pad

Plus I hate their format, shoves every ability and wargear bit in the list, makes everything to cluttered on the page, well at least in my opinion.

open a list. click the 'change the rules against which this roster is validated' box. it's a small box with a check in it, will either be in the top-middle or top-right of the page depending on how you have your page set up. click normal mission off, click on apoc or w/e. dunno how updated it is/which supplements are in.

killercroc to make it more useful, screw around with the settings. it's easy to make it nice and concise.

the AB thread on dakka has the latest update as of 12/27. apoc/escalation are complained about not being updated a few posts after this, so i dunno how up to date the apoc rules this one comes with are.

I may have to try that out then. All I need is a clear list of my wargear, units, and points, no need to list their stats and special rules, those I just end up memorizing and it makes everything easier, at least to me. Makes it easier to just look at the list and go "ok, so that's what there is" instead of looking through lines of useless text.

I think the reason I'm REALLY disliking AB, is because it lacks the ability to easily add/edit a unit through the main UI. You have to figure out how to use the silly ABCreator. So either you learn how to author (please do not swear) or you're stuck waiting for someone else to do it and share it. Very antiquated interface.

Are you talking about AB3? I still use AB2, no reason to change imo.

I checked the AB forums earlier today, and it is posted that they intend to release the files a month after the Codex dropped.

Was AB2 diff? I have AB 3 simpley because that was the release available when I found it

diff? As in different? I wouldn't know, since I never changed. AB2 is probably available at your favourite torrent site.
