Anyone have experience with Epochstudioz store bits?

I ordered some bits from this store a little over two weeks ago, but I have not heard anything since. I have not been able to get an answer to any messages from the store page, twitter or forum accounts. Not even an automated reply, other than the payment confirmation from paypal. I am wondering if I have been scammed, or if it is just really slow to send out postage payment information?

I know there has been some talk of the store in this forum, so I thought I'd ask what experiences other people have with international orders from there.

I've had quite a bit of experience with epochstudioz and in fact have met the guy several times. He lives in a city not more than an hour from me and we've gamed a couple times. The guy got way behind and overloaded by life and his schedule (full time student, family, work, etc.) and I believe also just finished a move. I ordered a large set of alienoid troop heads from him and it took about three weeks to get and I'm just around the corner. He's horrible at getting back to emails and texts, something he needs to improve on. I'd give him a little more time as he's scrambling to catch up on a backload of orders.

I have some boneswords, they arrived quickly and the quality was excellent. I think after people started finding his website he got overwhelmed with the popularity. Just give him some time and you should be fine.

I hope I didnt miss your order. just finished up sending out a ton of boxes this week, maybe one was yours?

He had a massive post on his website saying that he had massive back log of orders due to the immense popularity of his stuff. Even had to hire a part timer just to catch up with the volume orders.

It seems these are the best conversion bits around. I am fixing up my old Tyranid Attack game, to make it more up to date. 

To be able to have a geiger feel to the aliens are amazing. 

It's only two proper heads from the box.

Lol yeah, my girlfriend has been helping me out allot!! So special thanks to her. I am getting amped up for the new codex and I expect a surge of orders, so I will be stocking up on everything to meet the needs of peoples demands. I thank you all for your support and understanding. I appreciate you all as customers, and I hope that I get to meet some of you at gaming events and the like. I would love to see more pictures of your conversions and work, it gets me more excited and I just want to keep making cool (please do not swear) for you all..
