1850 Feast of blades thing

Hello everyone, I just found out there is a Feast of blades qualifier in my local store next week. I am the lone tyranid player in my area so I want to do the bugs proper justice. I typically only play 2k so I am trying to cut my list down to 1850 but keep the punch there.

My list at 2k is:

2 Dakka flyrants.
- One has Hive Commander, the other Old adversary

2 sets of 2 Hive guard

Doom in a pod
-pod has TL deathspitter

2 Sets of 10 gaunts

2 Tervigons
-3 powers each, AG+TS

2 Trygons
-TS

3 Biovores

I'm sure my list looks pretty standard, so for 1850 I'm thinking something like this:

2 Dakka flyrants
-Just old adversary this time

Doom in a pod
-TL deathspitter

2 sets of 2 Hive guard

30 Gaunts

3 Tervigons
-3 powers, AG+TS

3 Biovores

I have about 50 points to fill, I was thinking some Gargoyles. I am also considering dropping AG from a Tervigon or two for more Gargoyles. Does this seem like a decent start? Any lacking areas in the list that are obvious weaknesses? What is the hive's opinion? Thanks for reading ^_^

i would beef up the guant squads with that last 50 points (to avoid that easy first blood, same reason i wouldn't put in 10 gargs), or put CC on the tervs. or add another HG. and yeah looks decent. CC on the tervs is expensive, but it really makes them a threat when they have to go punch something in the babymaker.

I think i like the gaunt idea, watching a squad get wiped for an easy point sucks on turn 1.

If i cut the AG from all 3 tervs it gives me 16 gaunts, I can basically run 3 squads of 15. If I only cut AG from 2 i could run 2 squads of 15 and 1 squad of 14. Then at least one of them will give the AG buff (I'll keep in the center i think) THoughts?

I keep.ag/ts on my tervs, its what makes your gribblies a threat instead of just a tarpit
