What are the current playable rules for Apocalypse

I've kinda lost track of the rules in Apocalypse, having only the first book, which I believe was during 4th edition!
In order to play now, what books and FAQs do you now need? I'm considering compiling them all in a single printable document, and I'll probably get mine spring-bound at a printing shop.
God, having to skip between multiple books and look up conflicting FAQs drives me mad!

A friend mentioned a 6th update, but I can't find it on GW's site; does anyone have a link please?

We played a game last week, with 8 of us, and the amount of paperwork was ridiculous: 4th ed Apoc fliers vs 6th ed 40K fliers, who can do what, etc!

Apocalypse40k has a lot of good info on running current games.

The only book you NEED to run apoc is the base Apocalypse book. It would be a good idea to also get Apocalypse reload, Imperial Armour Apocalypse second edition, Imperial Armour Apocalypse 2, and Imperial Armour Areonautica.

Everything but the base book is optional but really expands the game in mostly good ways. And as always there are a few units here and there in all the apocalypse books.
