What did/do we make of the Golden Throne Results?

So this was the top 20 lists:

Grey Knights
Eldar/Dark Eldar
Sisters of battle
Dark Eldar/Eldar
Orks/Eldar
Space Marines/Eldar
Dark Angles / Imperial Guard
Blood Angels
Dark Eldar
Tyranids
Tyranids

Grey Knights/ Tau
Tau / Space Wolves

An average placement of 16 for Tyranids, 4 top 20 entries and i think 6 total Nid players.

I know one of those lists from a guy on Dakka Dakka but I wonder what the other lists look like.. If anyone knows can we get a linky or a post?

Also look at how much Eldar and Runes of Warding is in the list.

And some FAQ with sense:

Q: If a Flying Monstrous Creature is Grounded, does it still require a 6 to hit with non-Skyfire weapons?
A: No. A Grounded Monstrous Creature loses all benefits from Swooping.

Interesting that Nova are keeping them bouncing.

That FAQ I thought would have been pretty obvious. Just people out there who are trying to bend rules to their favour.

Honestly better than I expected..but WOW a lot of Eldar in there. Allies to all

Dark Eldar/ Eldar lists are going to be the armies to beat. They compliment each other very well, and fill holes in each others army lists. Expect a lot of Tournament armies with these in the future. My answer to these lists is a lot of firepower. Massed TL Devourers on Fexes and Flyrants will help deal with them. Getting rid of the Farseers will be the main priority for me.

How is bouncing on the ground and taking s9 ap2 hits from pot shots from small arms fire beneficial?

What he means is people trying to argue that a flyrant is still swooping after being grounded is rules-bending.

Yep, a bouncing FMC with a rerollable invulnerable save benefits from always being hard to hit and taking further grounding tests.

A Flyrant/Harpy clearly does not, quite the opposite as we have no save against the grounding.

I see tau are making good use of their heavier armoured brothers. Eldar working together like Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. Necrons mentioned once, all the way up the top though so I have no idea what that means? There's only one good necron list/tactic and/or player and he's it? I thought I would be seeing the use of a lot more imperial guard.

The Necron Player ran 4 Night Sythes + 2 uints of 10 wraiths I believe.
It was the small amount of kill points available in his list and the fact not many people had the capability or the know-how to deal with flyers.
He also was very clever with Zooming and placement apparently.
