What to do with my old Yu-Gi-Oh models?

i've recently gone through a move and while clearing out my family's storage I stumbled upon 3 large Yu-gi-oh models I got for christmas when I was 14.

I have Slifer the Sky Dragon and Obelisk the Tormentor

The third is Winged Dragon of Ra but is missing most of its parts so I won't even bother with him.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to turn Obelisk into a great demon (perhaps a representation of Khorne?) But I need a few ideas on what to do with Slifer. A friend said I should just repaint him as is, slap on a few weapons and call it a harpy... but that feels a little too easy. I might just do it but I want a few other options...

Any ideas?

*EDIT* Each model is approximately 13' tall. Suffice to say they are rather large.

I don't really know what Yugio (Or however many hyphons it has) is beyond a Japanese Manga cartoon like Pokemon.

But, that red dragon thingie... it's black and red tail thing... that could make an awesome Trygon tail. It's very uncanny.

slifer has much potential but i cant see anything with obelisk at first glance.

tormenter must be slaaneshified for many reasons:

6 horns on his head
ripped abs
sadistic grin
dp size
etc.

what about using bitsand gs to make slifer a different flying nid. make up your own rules. maybe call it a wyvern (sticking to theme of gargoyles and harpy)

The red and black thing, I say disassemble it, use the ings for a flyrant, harpy or parasite, whatever the size is appropriate for, use the tail on a trygon or mawlock, the head, with that spiky stuff removed and replaced with a proper carapace could become a nice head for almost any MC. The arms and legs however don't seem appropriate for nids.
