Space marine 1500pts list. -not competitive-

So I've been playing around with lists for my marines for quite some time now when I decided to start experimenting with the different chapter masters.

I've grown to enjoy using pedro Kantor, so I've built a list around him. as the title says it's not a competitive list but I think it's pretty good, I'm just looking for the hives opinions.

So here's the list:

HQ:

Chapter master Pedro Kantor - 175pts.

Troops:

x5 Scouts w/ camo cloaks - 90pts.
x5 scouts w/ camo cloaks - 90pts.

Elites:

x10 Sternguard Veteran Squad w/ x10 combi-meltas - 300pts.
x10 Sternguard Veteran Squad w/ x5 combi-meltas, x2 las-Cannons - 305pts.

Dedicated transports:

Razorback w/ twin linked Las-cannon, Extra Armor - 90pts.
Rhino w/ dozor Blade - 40pts.

Heavy Support:

x5 Dev. Squad w/ x4 missile launchers - 150pts.
Vindicator w/ extra armor - 130pts.
Vindicator w/ extra armor - 130pts.

Total - 1500pts.

So the list looks like fun but there are a few things that need explaining. First the dozor blade on the rhino, kinda a pointless upgrade but I had 5 pts. left over and it was the first thing I saw for 5 points that wouldn't be a completely useless upgrade. Second the lack of troops in the army, for those of you who don't know pedro makes all sternguard veteran squads count as scoring so I actually have 4 scoring units in the army.

and ya that pretty much covers it,

anything you guys notice please share, if I've made any mistakes I would be quite happy to know and change them.

One of my friends uses Pedro in an assault heavy army because of the bonus attacks he grants. With chapter banners and the like you can be racking up 5+ power weapon attacks each on the charge from all your honour guard or whatever they're called.

I don't know enough about SMs in detail to give you advice though, sorry!

you need to talk to your friend, pedro's +1 bonus doesn't stack with chapter banner. If he ever try's to pull that over your head stop him and set him straight.
