STARTED JUNE 6TH 2011
Ok, I've been away on my trip for the past month, and now I'm home and it's time to get down to business! I'm probably screwing myself for the painting competition by starting this, but oh well, converting is more fun anyways. Lets begin!
Here is the link to the Photobucket album:

(I just moved pics around, so I think that previous posts I posted in just got their pictures removed...)
And here is the list of what I'm going to make. I'll post the most recent pics of what I've done on them here, the rest will be in the album.
1 Carnifex will be (or already is) converted into a Tyrant/Flyrant. He was already done, but I tore him apart and am changing some details. Here he is, pre-dissasembly:
2 Carnifexen will become Tyrannofexen and Tervigons. Going to make some chest piece or something so that I can switch between a birthing sac and a giant cannon.
2 Carnifexen will become magnetized, nothing too fancy. Maybe some minor conversion. But I made some cool Carnifex heads:
There will be many more to come, I have like 20 heads to deal with.
1 Trygon will become magnetized to switch between a Mawloc and Trygon (the Trygon will be badass looking, so I'll be able to use him as a Prime as well.)
1 Broodlord must be finished, and I might change some details on my other Broodlord. Both were converted from Genestealers.
They still need Warrior Talons on them.
1 (2?) Warrior(s) will become Warrior Primes. I'm thinking of using Ravener bodies to make them big and beefy, but that means that I'll only have one Ravener body left, and 4 Ravener tails... I'm thinking a trip to Ebay is in order.
Body:
Heads:
3 Warriors will become Hive Guards.
Body:
Gun:
2 Warriors will become Lictors
1 or more will become Zoanthropes.
And that leaves me with 9 or 10 warriors to build... I doubt all of them really will become Warriors, I might save a few for later conversions.
And here are two Biovores me and my friend made awhile back out of some toys from Toys R Us:
