My prediction, and I'm sorry for you pointy ears if I'm right, is the Eldar codex.
My thought process:
The IG and Tyranid codexes both took an older codex that hadn't been altered in a while and "updated" it. Neither older codex had added many new models during its last "update". Both new versions added lots of new shiney units with new models to boost sales. Both new versions changed old units in order to alter game balance and change viable army tactics - so people would be required to buy new models.
What codexes are still left to be redone? Eldar, Chaos, Orks(?), GK/WH, Dark Eldar, Necrons, Tau. With Grey Knights/Witchhunters rumored to be coming out soon, and no mention of Crud in connection with them that's low probability. Ditto with Dark Eldar and Necrons. Orks and Chaos (both types) were more recent rewrites and fit reasonably well into 5th Ed. The only two left would be Eldar and Tau.
Tau had several new models released with the last codex update, and got one more recently than the Eldar. They're also less popular, and there has been less push for a rewrite.
Eldar hasn't had very many new models added to their range in quite a while (say, millenia?). Any straight rules update to the codex, unless the rules change drastically, won't sell many models because most Eldar players already have all the various figs they need.
So who is the go-to guy at GW to redo a codex and add necessary new models to it? Our own favorite. I imagine new Harlis maybe, Farseers hopefully, Exodites?, Maiden Worlders?, Avatars of Eldrad (their answer to Librarian Dreads?)
Eldar players had better start praying he gets assigned Tau.
