The cold blue steel of the thunderhawks bulkhead glints strangely in the light of the slowly rising sun that dominates the horizon. Many thousands of feet below you a massive desert bordered by high mountains is visible through the cloud bank. Beyond the mountains you can see signs of a thick jungle, the abrupt change in scenery is unsettling. You're destination is on the far side of the jungle along the coast, it is an ancient hive city, long since abandoned. According to your scanners this is where the apostate is most likely to be found. What he is doing there is another question entirely. However you can be sure of one thing - it does not bode well for the Imperium of mankind.
All of the Angel Hunters are crammed into the passenger compartment of the thunderhawk, heads bent in prayer towards an emblem of the emperor that sits before you. His voice raised above the roar of the engines you can hear the litany of battle that Inquisitor Lord Ayden is chanting in preparation for your task.
"In the name of the Emperor, we will kill this traitor and halt any foul plot he has conceived!" He looks at each of you in turn, his piercing blue eyes demanding unfaltering loyalty "For the Emperor!"
Suddenly the alert sirens start blaring.

Hello and welcome to the Fallen Angel roleplay! This is just a quick introduction by myself and an explanation of how this roleplay is going to work...
This is NOT a play-by-post roleplay. In this roleplay, you will post any actions that you wish to perform on this thread, and every 2 days (depending on whether or not you all post) I will post an update of what has happened since the last update taking into account the actions that you have posted.
In addition to this updating, there will also be a 'secret' plotline that is run through the PM system. At points, it will be more practical to keep the actions or thoughts of characters secret, for a variety of reasons. If you recieve a PM with additional information follow the instructions in that PM. If you are asked not to reveal a piece of information, please try not to as it ruins the story for others.
And most importantly have fun! This is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. Feel free to use this thread to discuss anything and everything which has relevance to this roleplay.
Also... though i doubt they are really needed - these are the rules for this roleplay. Please at least try and abide by them as it makes the roleplay go a lot more smoothly.
Rules:
1. All actions you wish to perform in the role play must be posted up in the role play thread. these actions will be worked out by me once all players have posted. If a player does not make a post within a 48 hour period, their actions will be determined by me. If this happens 3 times in a row you will lose your place in the Role Play.
NB: If you wish to keep your actions secret from the rest of the party send them to me through the PM system. You will not be penalised for doing this, however it is still advised that you post something in this thread regularly.
2. All decisions made by the Game Master (me) is final. If you have a problem with a decision, or believe it to be unfair please send me a PM with your concerns.
3. Any actions that you wish to complete in a combat situation must be achievable in a short time frame. If something would take any more than 30 seconds to do try and break it down into several actions.
