I think that's more likely something for the rumoured Planetfall Orbital Assault supplement, which is supposed to have a bunch of Inquisition stuff in it. The last official word had the new Inquisition Dex not coming out until 2011 or so.

There's no such thing as "supposed to," and what you want doesn't matter. All that matters is what happened.
