Help creating a PL list to beat Tau

I am playing crusade in a 15 man campaign but I am stuck playing the same Tau player every week because we are fighting over the same planet. Hes got a 75% win rate against my GSC and I am ready to bring in the bugs if they have a better chance of beating them. Could anyone Help with a 65PL list that can crush these annoying fish people? I have some ideas like stacking -2 to hit to make marker lights uselss but I am just not that familiar with the new dex to make a list.

Ive got most of that. Now to condense it down to about 65PL

You could cut down on the Lictor PL5, Ripper Swarms PL2, 2x Carnifex PL7, Raveners PL 4, Termagants PL4, Hormagants PL 4. 
So, the 65 PL list would be:

1x Hive Tyrant       PL 9
1x Neurothrope     PL 5
1xTyranid Prime    PL 5
9xTyranid Warriors PL 12
10xTermagants       PL 4 
10xHormagaunts     PL4 
3xVenomthropes   PL 5
3xZhoanthropes    PL 7
1+1xCarnifexes       PL7, PL7 

TOTAL: 65 PL


You will probably need to cut it down some more to include Warlord traits and relics. A good place to start is to reduce the number of Warriors to 6, giving you 4 extra PL.

I'd ditch the termagants against Tau, if they have any SMS or abf they will go down pretty quickly. Better to have 3 more warriors for the PL (I think it's the same PL, not sure). You could also consider swapping the carbides for another 3 zoans or vice versa. Maybe find room for some pyrovores.

I also think Jormunghard with venomthropes is a killer for tau. Not that good vs anything else as the venomthropes are a bit dedundant. But venomtropes are great. Good attack, good move ment, they are core, and they fly.

It would be a shame if you had your army ready and knew all the rules come day one.

If you are going leviathan grab a malaceptor. It is really good with Levi psykick power.

Tyrant guard you can yoyo back to
Neuronthrope (that the double buff warlord trait)

1 units of neuronthrope
2 units of venomthropes
1 malaceptor

Kronos would be better for T5 3/4W models, and at 20" (HVC range is 40" in Kronos). Barbworm Tyrant with the Prime would outperform vs S6+ 5W+ models.

Currently it isn't and I/my opponents play RAW until an FAQ or errata corrects the wording to match possible RAI (I say possible because no one but GW knows what they intend). Sure, there is a good chance there will be errata that will nix the double cannon Tyrant. However, how long will that errata take?

Its 48 with Pathogensis, and you also get to reroll a wound roll with it.
