Trying to make a Crusher Stampede vs Black Templars.

I've been out of the game for over a year now. Got my WD and RT last week and still wrapping my head around all the strats and combos.

Can anyone help me build a successful list?

3 Crones
3 Harpies
9 Carnifexes
3 Tyrannofexes
1 Toxicrene
2 Exocrines
1 Maleceptor
1 Haruspex
2 Dimachaerons
1 Barbed Hierodule(could probably proxy as a Scythed Hierodule if need be)
1 Tyrannocyte
1 Hierophant(not gna use this though for a friendly re-entry game into 40k)

14 Warriors
15 Hive Guard
2 Pyrovores
2 Lictors
3 Biovores
9 Raveners
2 Tyranid Primes
2 Broodlords
3 Neurothropes
15 Zoanthropes
6 Venomthropes
6 Tyrant Guard
2 Mucolid Spores
3 Meiotic Spores

Any help building a list would be greatly appreciated as right now everything's all over the place in my head.

N.B. Don't wanna use GSC. Strictly Mono-Nids.

Check out the LVO thread to see the top crusher stampede list. Though with CA 2022 secondaries have changed so you can't get away with single lictors now for that. You are going to have to find a way to fit in raveners, more warriors, or something if you want to use those secondaries. The only guarantee in the AoR is swarmlord and 3 units of warriors. The rest is preference. Harpies are good for character killing with the strat breaking through. I like my haruspex with murderous size though opinions are mixed on him. With all the -1 damage, Barby is more iffy in my book, but they do kill basic dudes well and can melee OK. Even with a the points increase hive guard are still good. Just a few of my thoughts.

You can try my list which I ran last weekend against my friend who played BT. I won 80-66. Secondaries were Assasinate, Strangelhold and No Prisoner. For optimal play I would change Assasinate for Raise Banners.
Strategy was both Dimas should run up the Board with Swarmlord and Malanthrope and make a turn 1 Charge if possible with a Buffed Dima. Second Wave should be 2nd Dima and Flyrant. Exocrine and Hierodule make suppressionfire to prevent to much movement. Warriors do banners and should be kept out of sight until you have full primary pts. Play the objektive game and you have good chances.
You can change the two exocrins and lictor for a second Barbed hierodule and a stone crusher carnifex if you like.

Looks great and finally a list without hive guard! Whats your consensus on dimachaerons costing 280pts now? For a T7 model i find it abit much...

Dima is still a key unit because it is fast as hell, ignores terrain and can keep BT busy, while you can make primary and secondary points. The big downside of the list is you have to move your exocrines for LOS which could be very CP hungry like HG. But with 36 shots from 2 exo and a barbed hierodule you have a high output if BT wants to move up the board. I have another game this Sunday and I consider to change the 2 Exo for HG for that game to compare their performance with their new points.
