How about something like this? Raveners can deepstrike in for secondaries. You lose the Prime since you have to switch him out with a monster, and a kitted out Warrior brood, but you could cut out a Ravener brood to buff the third Warriors again.

I like 3x9 Warriors w/ Link, DS, and LWBS. VC still is a bit expensive for what its does, and can’t be used with BGNT stratagem. Maybe just 1-2 support Pyrovore units for Banners/Investigate support. Grind would be a decent choice with so few units. Another inclusion could be 3x Zoan for Link/durable Action monkey for the above secondaries. This would open up taking Void Crown for easy WC Vp’s.

I would say just bring 2x9 max units then 1x3 min unit and ditch the Prime - I feel he's kinda useless even if he's buffing both Warrior units - but I do see where you're going with it. Just dont know how useful it'd be.

Just quickly:

- Hulkrant (WL: Rampaging Beast)
- Prime: Adaptive Neural Lobe
- 2x9 Warriors: LWBS/HVC/Deathspitter, Link
- 1x3 Warriors: Link
- 2x1 Lictors
- 2x2 Barbed Heirodules
- 1x1 Mawloc
- 2x1 Harpies

Warrior 3 and the 2 lictors will be your main action monkeys, while you have 2 Harpies and 1 Mawloc to help you with Obj contest and stealing. the 2 warrior units will just walk out there and be annoying as hell with 2+/2+, together with the Barbed Heirodules. You can afford to trade a Barbed for a Dimachaeron, although lack of SL I dont like with the Dima. Alternatively, trade the Prime and the Mawloc + some bobs for the SL, since SL himself is also a good beatstick while barking orders at others. I feel like you have a lot of problems dealing with vehicular/Thicc city esque lists, and may not do so hot vs GK.

Flyrant w/ Biomorphic Carapace. I'm partial to +d3A WLT and Size w/ 2x MRC to keep it cheap but effective. If you can't spare Size, 2x MST works better.

ROD changes to RND. Lictors auto fail it. Need 6 men unit to pass it, troops can do 5 man.

Just for ROD purposes, new version rolls a d6 and result needs to be less or equal to model count in unit. Lictors can still complete other actions as normal. Prob not worth taking unless the list plans to strat reserve infantry units with redeploy wlt.

I haven’t taken ROD in a while, but still include one Lictor (who usually starts in the board) to place reserved DevGants in optimal position or perform backup banners/investigate actions. Luckily this method isn’t affected by 2022 changes. CS Lictors are dead though, Pyrovorse or Ravs will work better as secondary engage/action bodies (with a little more bite).

Even with the changes to ROD that becomes RND, I'd still take a lictor for my Devilgaunts.

Even without any links or Swarm Leader, they can still unleash a decent havoc.
