For a hundreds of points you too can dump your cronos 6 hive guard, and your 2 exocrines and join me my hive brood. With just 4 cp and a bit of your soul you can do this.
This is designed as a morale bomb, and I love it. As it stands taking equal points in anything will probably do more for you. But if you want to make your opponent pull there hair out as they spend 2 cp every turn on morale checks this might be for you.

Ok so this pile is used in conjunction with the Jormagonder ability to deep strike with a strat to pack the Nurothrope in the tunnel the trygon makes with the Zoanthropes.
At the same time you pack the ripper swarm in deep strike. This strat must be jorm for it to work. (I know there is a custom fleet that also helps but you can't pack all the crew with it)
Now. What you do is on second turn you spring up the trygon 9 ' away from an enemy. Un loading the Nurothrope to the left 9' away from the enemy and then 1 Zoanthrope to the right 9' away. The other 5 Zoanthrope are anywhere. Deposit the rippers near the drop zone
Now you use the Nurothrope to cast lurking maps on your target. And use the Zoanthrope to cast the horror. Then since your Zoanthrope are more than 4 cast a smite.
In the shooting phase get the trygon to kill a model and use hunters drive strat. Also try to shoot with your hive tyrants and othere synapses
In the charge phase prey. You have to slam the trygon and the Zoanthrope at least. To help if you land the first unit there is another strat in the charge phase that can double up on your charge dice if a synapse unit is with in 1 inch. I think you can use it any time in the charge phase..
Any way. Between abhorrent, the horror, the roar, that's-3 if you land a hit with the tail thats 4.and with the smite damage they will have to take a morale test. Even with a leader nearby they are max getting ld 6
Then you use grizzly feast with your rippers. And finally they fail 1 terminator runs, procing all the other ones to avoid rolling 1s.
Then your enemy uses insane bravery for 2 points or is also in synapse and counters you completely every turn.
So join me won't you? For just an artifact and about 500 points
You 2 can trick someone who doesn't know about the will power strat into rolling 20 dice in morale for his unit of guard!
