Metabolic overdrive and actions

I'm sorry, I tried to look this up but haven't been able to find the answer. Can a unit still perform an action after metabolic overdrive if they did not advance as part of either movement?

It depends on the action. Metabolic overdrive does not prohibit you from performing actions, however, some actions must be performed during specified phases (such as raise the banners high must be performed at the end of the movement phase).

Ah, thanks that helps! So deploy scramblers should be OK since you overdrive during the movement phase and then deploy at the end of the phase.

That's how I've been running my troops. My opponents have not had anything against it either
