Non-Aircraft flyers in 9th ed

I’ve been looking for rules on Flyers and Monsters and, well, Flying Monsters. I can only seem to find rules for Aircraft, but the list of Aircraft doesn’t include our Harpy or Hive Crone. Does anyone know how they operate in this new edition? Do they just act like normal models with “fly”? Are we returning to the olden days of “vectors” and only being able to turn 90 degrees? Or do we just play it by ear until our codex comes out and we are hopefully given a more in-depth answer?

If the flyer doesn't have the Supersonic rule (or a snowflake rule), then it uses the normal rules for movement. The Harridan is the only unit w/ FLY that does the ole pivot-move, at least for now.
