Rules question- death frenzy and lash whips

I had an interesting rules interaction come up in a game last night. My tyranid prime with lashwhip/ bone sword died and I considered using death frenzy. Both lw/bs and death frenzy allow you to fight when you die. Was wondering if I could fight twice upon death by using death frenzy. Read through the specific wording but wasn't sure, so didn't use the strat. Any thoughts?

Lash whips don't allow you to fight when you die, they allow you to fight "as normal" if you are dead. In contrast, death frenzy resolves immediately, with "before it is removed from the battlefield". And the lash whip says "leave it where it is". So the correct order of operations is:
get killed
activate death frenzy IMMEDIATELY and fight (does it break fast rolling? dunno, need to check)
wait until it's your turn to fight
fight due to lash whips
remove the model

RAW, I can see that. One debate is if you need to remove the model immediately after death frenzy.

RAI is unclear at best.

I'd talk it over with your regular opponents and reach an accord.
