I am so impatient for 9th edition!

As the title says. We have all of these teasers etc.

I have Tyranids, GSC, Dark Eldar and SW. I really wanne dig into 9th edition. We have the rules, yes. But this helps very little without terain rules and the damned point adjustments. I am so tierd of all these teasers.

We have the terrain rules. The entire rulebook was leaked (like unofficially but clearly legit).
We do need the point adjustments though.

The new pts will be interesting, does anyone think they’ll update the PL while they’re at it?

GW stated that they will be tuning the PL a bit more aggressively this edition so I expect that PLs will shift along with points.

Is there a roumored Lord of War?

After the drill I wish GSC could get some cheesy TMNT vehicles as they lord of war. A giant drill. Or like the tecnodrome.

Speaking my language. Part of what I love about GSC is the almost Ninja Turtles esque arrival. Using sewers and underground passages.

Points on most things are going up. PL will be much more balanced and not just a casual round number. It's possible they may go away from the traditional points system all together down the road and use the much smaller/tighter PL numbers, a la WarmaHordes or Crisis Protocol. For now it can be used to inlcude/exclude certain units from auras and other special rules without having to worry about going by a massive number that changes every year.

WarmaHordes does not have options.
PL will never be better so long as there is no difference in cost between a bare-bones squad and the same squad with all the bells and whistles.

Which sadly is the latest tendency, monobuild squads (or at least severely reduced customisation). Its not a huge leap to see fixed unit sizes, at which point PL would be the same as point now.

I was about to say it's Just Marines, but the new Necron Destroyers are units of 3 as well...

Why not play test as is? I am doing so already, with 8th ed point cost. The point of playtest is to get a feel, and you dont need points for that .

Max. unit sized based off the Indomitus box set rules might be misleading, they are done this way because of what is in the box. They might change. It was the same for the datasheets in 8E boxsets.
