How much of your stuff is painted?

Inspired by the massive numbers of points listed in the factions poll...

I have about 10k points of nids painted, another 800 ish in various stages of assembly and paint.

IG nearly 6k points and about 1.5 in stages of being painted

GSC 2.8k points or so.... in various stages of partial paint. brood brothers are straight up borrowed from my IG they are painted but in IG colors.

Inquisition force 2k ish plus i use IG with it... all painted

Me? Not enough. I still bring a fair bit of black to the table currently.

My Tyranids, I'd say about 90%. But my Daemons and CSM, maybe 15% xD

As of last week 100% of my Tyranids are painted, all ~20,000pts. Should remain that way until we see some new models from GW...

Currently I'm working on three GSC characters. After that, I have a Neophyte squad and heavy weapons squad to do and all of that faction will be fully painted too.

My nids are about 5% in my color scheme and my cult is about 15%. I paint slow and have a lot less cult than nids. If I include models that are based as well, cult remains the same but nids drops even more.

Done completely: a Maleceptor/Crene, a Trygon, a Tervi/fex, a Carnifex, a Malanthrope, 2 Stonecrushers, a scythed Hierodule, 6 Zoans, 3 Neuros, roughly 100 gaunts, 8 stealers, 9 Raveners, 3 Pyrovores, a Broodlord
Reasonably done or with some parts/options missing: an Exocrine/Haruspex, 2 Tyrants, a harpy, 6 warriors, 6 HG, 3 more Carnifexes, some spore mines, 6 rippers, Tyranid Prime (but the base is WIP), two more Broodlords
Heavy WIP: 28 stealers, 3 resin HG, 6 Venomthropes (geez they keep breaking so much), a Mucolid spore, a second Tervigon/fex, two more Trygons
Haven't even seen the primer yet: 1 Harpy, 1 T-cyte, a second Exocrine, 30 Gargoyles, some more gaunts
Unassembled box of shame....probably 15% of above total + Dimachareon.

I've done a lot of work on the fleet this past year, but the Leviathan scheme is hard to rush.
I finished a Trygon over Christmas and Raveners last weekend, now I will finish HG and them assemble and paint three more warriors to have a full squad. After that I am gonna take a break with Titanicus or GSC...

GSC is...I've painted almost all characters and enough models for Killteam in pursuit of an interesting scheme. I've settled on my favorite scheme for now, but this is going to be an early spring project, hopefully before pointy elves come out.

A majority of my army is painted, so about 10k points I believe... BUT, since it's an army I've been growing since I was but a wee lad, much of it begs to be repainted.

About 75% of my 4000-5000 in Nids and about 25% of 2500 GSC. Need to paint!

about 450 points of GSC without bases (cheated a bit cause my genestealers are counted in Nids and GSC)

whats really helping is that I only use models that are fully painted for all games. If it comes to events (campaigns, tournaments, etc) the base has to be done, too.

I still have a lot to build and paint... way to much to count, but i guess its about 2000 Points of Necrons, 2500 GSC and 5000 Nids (including a Harridan and a Hierophant)

I have about 1,000 pts of nids painted but I have painted many times that in the past. My first two armies worth of nids I sold, my third was stolen, and this is my 4th which I chose an unfortunately difficult scheme for. They will likely never get much past 2k painted.

I want to paint up 9 warriors. I hate chasing the meta but warriors have long been some of my favorite tyranids and im really excited that they have play now. That's likely the only nid progress I will make this year.

My cult on the other hand, I finished nearly 2k points of last year. That was about 90% of my collection. I have since bought 3 Ridgrunners (before CA, so I feel really big brained right now) and 3 boxes of bikes. I plan to finish those along with 20 more Acolytes before I move onto other projects.

Laughably small percentage. I have a lot primered, but holy carp am I bad at getting around to painting.

I did recently pick up some ultra fine point sharpies and have "painted" a few minis with them. It goes MUCH faster but it leaves a lot of gaps. Looks great as long as no-one looks too close. I wouldn't want to do that for any high profile minis, but for rank and file, sure. Also works better with minis that look good glossy.

Almost everything, to be honest. I started at the dawn of the 8th edition, and now I have like 4.000 points worth of Tyranids painted.

Ive got about half of my 5k Tyranids painted, however ive recently decided to change my colour scheme..

The work restarts sometime this week. Invested in the contrast paints in an attempt to speed things along.

Ive decided on a black/purple carapace with a grey/blue for the flesh and a metalic grey/black for the talons. Its a big move away from the red and black theme i currently have.
