Carnifex are not that slow, with M7 and AG only being 5 points for +1 to (new run/charge name here), puts it at a nice threat range I think. More reliable at any rate.

Fun going back and rereading what I said I wanted just over a year ago now that we have .

1. More playable units that we already own. Aces, GW, Aces. We couldn't have asked for more.

2. I want hormogants to be a decent choice. Woohoo! They are actually a competitive choice and have been in several GT winning lists.

3. I want warriors to be good. Good might be stretch. BUT they are decent. You won't be embarrassed running them. They were better when you could drag them in turn 1 with a Trygon.

4. I want a playable pyrovore unit. Does anyone play them? This unit was easily the most improved in the game and it still is never going to see a competitive list. Shows how far down they were before.

5. I want genestealers that are terrifying in combat. A+++. Awesome job Geedubs.

6. I want our army to be fast and hit hard. I don't care if I take tremendous casualties on the way in if I can roll up my opponent if I can get there. I'm not sure how to rate this. Whilst we CAN do this, playing an all CC army is not really a viable option in this edition so far. Too many things can just back out of combat and light you up.

Not too far off from what we got. Overall, I have to give this edition a huge thumbs up as we move into year 2.
