Fine, fine, I'll ask slurred questions and take blurry Bugman's Finest-hazed photos...

Haha. My major concern is not having all the unit entries within the book. I don't know why they wouldn't be, but everything else is plain hopes. I hope the new bug does something that makes it unique from whats already available, I hope the hierodules are reworked. And I hope they bring rules back for the capillary towers and spore chimneys.

I really hope the Malanthrope becomes better... I mean it is probably my favorite 40k models (or at least one of) of all time! would be nice to actually use it more frequently! also hope Hierodules get better! oh yeah and maybe can we use pods again? D:

I'd be interested in changes to the stonecrusher, as well as if the new model is worth bringing to the table or not.

Is there a reason why we were expecting a peek at the rules this weekend?

Is there a reason why we were expecting a peek at the rules this weekend? I believe that is when it goes on sale for people tending the 40K event.

There's a small part of me that keeps hoping the Mycetic Spore gets put into this book... it hurts. I want to believe, but I've been burned so many times...

There's a small part of me that keeps hoping the Mycetic Spore gets put into this book... it hurts. I want to believe, but I've been burned so many times... And it will not happen. No model, no rules. I have never seen a company give be so spiteful and give their customers the Big Middle Finger ( or is that 2 fingers, in a V formation palm facing inwards) for buying from a 3rd party because they didn't make a mini for it, so went else where to buy something that they could use. How about all the people who made one and didn't buy from a 3rd party? GW encourages us to convert and be original, then their actions seem they don't want us to have any creative ideas anymore and be imaginative.

I would like to see it come back. It needs to be completely reworked though I thought the whole idea of giving it a gun and the Ripper Tentacles was a bad idea. I think it really should be a purchasable upgrade to some units and there really isn't a need for a model. Just make it that half of the units with this upgrade must deep strike the first turn, where the unit just acts like a drop pod and spore splats to nothing when it makes impact.

i'd be happy with something like that for a 20 point upgrade.

They have already used that mechanic. It worked just as expected, except no model, and the passenger(s) got a 5+ cover save for 1 turn.
Simple, elegant, effective, and still avoids the 'no model' issue....
