I would advise against it. I would probably start both of them on the board.
First, one is shooty, one is CC; so their timing is different, even if they come in at the same time.
Even with HC, you have a 30% chance that at least one of them doesn't come in turn 2.
Whenever the Trygon comes in, he can't do much until the next turn anyway.
Flyrant can easily be causing 'serious damage' on turn 1; you would be giving that up. Any time you Deep strike, you are taking a risk.
Trygon has fleet, and should be able to get into CC by turn 2.
Flyers have to start in reserve, so you get a turn or two of flyrant shooting, without having to worry about his flyers trying to take you out.
The only reason I can see starting the HT in reserve is if you are going second, and he has a lot of long range AP3/2/1 shooting. And even then I might try and just hide the flyrant behind a building, or in a corner, or something.
The other side of the coin is the Psychological effect on your opponent when two large creatures appear in his back field. This gives the Enemy player 2 large and scary creatures that they Have to deal with. Ive run armies very effectively with that Psychology, and even when they systematically work on destroying them, its a great break to the rest of your army. If you Deep Strike just a HT, then you can expect in the next turn for it to be shot lots. If the Enemy is savvy, they will shoot every low str gun they can at the Flyrant to ground it, and then open up with the heavy weapons. If you dont have a way to mitigate the amount of High Rate of fire, low str weapons, your Tyrant will die.
The thing is, Deep Striking them is particularly safe - With the HT in Swoop Mode able to be placed on Impassible terrain , and the Trygons "Reduce Scatter untill you are at least 1 inch away from any other model" means that they are a lot safer than other Deep Striking troops
However as Coredump says above, the Trygon is reduced in effectiveness as he can only shoot on the turn he arrives.
Its swings and roundabouts really!
