(Right so I've had a bit of a down for the last couple of days which for some reasons makes me rather creative, but I've perked up a bit now and since I'm not spending seven hours on skype a night I have time to properly do stuff so lets take anther stab at an RP 
)

Intro- (If you can't be bothered reading this skip to the overview)
For as long as we can remember humanity has hid from the darkness, always scared of the unknown, the alien, the different and with that, us. Ever since humans have even been able to draw on the side of a cave they have branded us as monsters that hide among them, the ones that take the children in the night, the ones that are the root of all their unexplainable problems. And for that we where thrown out by people we thought where friends and family though that didn't stop them from hunting us down like animals. At first some resisted but due to our conditions there weren't enough to stop them. That is why we have hid. For centuries we have hid in the wilds until we became memories, for centuries we have hid on the outskirts looking in until we became stories, and for centuries we have hid among them as nothing more then folklore and myths to scare children.
For centuries we have hidden.
And we still hide.
Always having to watch our every move, always having to hide our real selves least we want our loved ones to be taken away for experimentation and questioning. But these years of hiding paid off for one simple reason: we still exist. We have fooled humanity into thinking we are one with them, so that we could once again live among them without any of them suspecting a thing. Many of us welcomed it as a new era where we could live in comfort and that one day we could eventually live hand in hand with humanity. That one day they would see past the unknown to see us as fellow people. But that made some careless.
And for years we hid.
Then on the 6th of December, 2014, we where discovered and our illusions of peace shattered.
We where branded monsters. As false humans. As sub humans.
Entire populations rose to respond to the new "threat" and even though the governments took no action against us, neither did they seek to help us. So here we must stand. To make a decision that will affect every civilization of this world we share with them. It has already been shown that any that speak out are just silenced and all attempts of negotiation have fallen on death ears.
So what is left when everything has failed and your children are being slaughtered for just being different?
That is up to us as the apparent sub races that we are to decide, but the time for words has ended before it even began.
So what is left for us to do, to stop our ever approaching extinction...?

On the 6th of December , 2014, the human race discovered that it was not alone on this planet. In fact it learned that they where not alone within their own race. They stumbled upon this in the form of thousands of people hidden among them, but not fully one of them, that they branded as Sub-Humans. Ever since that day humanity has reacted in the way it always done to the unknown: with violence. Seen as a threat to peoples every day life entire populations rose to wipe out this new danger. As this happened military's mobilized but never to step in. but to instead to make sure these literal race riots never overflowed and hurt "real" humans. Because of this what is left of these Sub races have been forced to tunnel even deeper to avoid the growing lynch mobs, but as what was thought to be safe havens are uncovered by an unknown hand many have decided the time of hiding is over. There is talk of a growing revolution, and even though this has only made humanity more determined to wipe the Subs out, it has given these oppressed races a sense of grim hope that if they can't live hand in hand then either one or the other must live. Not both.

Location: You will all be living in a fictional city in America called Spera, so just say where you live in the city.
Spera- This is the only thing alternative to this world Spera takes the place of New York in America. It has all the same land marks and major trades though it is much cleaner and multicultural, some even calling it one of America's leading cities. The reason I've done this is to allow for you to fiddle around with the city a bit and lets me mold it how I want. If your having trouble picturing it just think a better New York :3
Races-
Human: Your part of that terrible species called humanity. You are not automatically hated by other humans for being what you are and you are allowed jobs in the military/police and government. Suggested you have some sort of training.
Lycanphrope: You are a wolf man from the movies. You look like a normal human and while in human form have no special skills other than better then average hearing. You may transform into your wolf form whenever you want though it takes you a bit to transform and is extremely painful, but when you have turned you are stronger, faster and have much better senses. You are highly allergic to silver to the point that if too much gets in your blood stream you go into a cardiac arrest. You must transform on the night of a full moon. Lycanphropes often have a strong sense of pack mentality and often group together.
Vamperion: You look human though you are paler then most and often have darker hair and eyes. You are faster, more agile and stronger then normal humans, and can see easily in the dark. Sunlight doesn't hurt you but it does irritate your skin and makes you become as fast and strong as the average human. Every few months you must feed by 'absorbing' another's dreams which requires you to touch them. Of all the sub races Vamp's tend to be the most outcast, preferring to hunt alone.
Sapper: Again you look human though most Sapper's suffer from minor mutations like heterochromia and often have manic personalities. You absorb electrical energy though direct contact with your skin whether you want to or not, and can release this energy in the form of static discharges or short range energy bolts. When you have absorbed any electrical energy you quite literally glow, the more energy you have the brighter it is. If you don't discharge all your absorbed energy and don't have a break from using your powers after a certain amount of time you will burn up.

So there you have it. One last thing I should add to answer questions now is that this is free world but you must live in Spera at the current time. Also this is set in 2014 so modern time with a few more gizmos though everyday life is more or less the same.
With that being said I look forward to getting this running so if few people show interest and get going I'll start it up and others can join as we go ^_^ Also if you read all that well done but you might need a better pass time
