As for the Uriah/battle conclave...a brood of devilgaunts can tear them apart...5+ save plus FNP wither to volume of fire. Just make sure to take them out at range...it ain't pretty if they get in close combat with anything...
Exorcists are unpredictable...but horrific to T4 so no warriors or ravenors...spores your zoeys in if your gonna bring'em...all that S8 is rough...
Its easy to say they're marines with lower toughness...but that's not true...they definitely gave to be approached differently with high initiative power weapons...large potential of S8firepower...and the unpredictability of the Saint...and i almost forgot that all their vehicles have a 6+ invulnerable save due to faith.

Wow that sounds tougher than I thought ... Any tips on what works against them and what doesnt?

Taking out the exorcists early will save your MCs a lot of grief...
Take out the conclave with volume of fire weapons at all costs...long range is your friend with them...our units are generally good in assault...but they're I7 and get 4-5 attacks on the charge with power weapons...so they can mop up or nearly wipe out most of a unit if they get the charge...
Celestine is a pain...even if you take her down...it's 50/50 she's back up next round...and might be campaign in your backfield. Tyrant or warriors with lashwhip and boneswords work well...but she's still got her invulnerable too (2+/4++) and wounds on 4+...

I have got to be honest, did nobody ever play a strong SOB player with their old codex? It was substantially stronger with few exceptions. Their Acts of Faith included: turning armor save into invulnerable save (so basic troops getting 3++), +2S/-1I, +1I, Fearless, and Roll of 6 to wound=AP1 for guns or power weapons in assault. Their old Immolators were basically fast Razorbacks with TL Heavy Flamers. Their generic HQs were actually good due to crazy old wargear, and same goes for the VSS, their sergeant equivalents. Now their basic troops can't deal with heavy armor since they lack pseudo-Rending, they're easier to break since they lost the option for Book of Saint Lucius, they're worse in CC since they lost Eviserators and can't use one of their crazy acts of faith to make them capable of hurting literally any enemy. Their basic troops are one point more expensive and lost useful Acts for one worthless one and wargear they wouldn't use like bolt pistols, frags and kraks. You think flamers are bad now? Give them Rending and tell me how you feel about them. Old Sisters were pretty much a mon-build army but they could be brutal.

yeah literally never seen a sisters player, ever. had some theory crafting discussions about them back in early 5th but that's the extent of it.

I think its because they never had an official codex...everyone kind of wrote them off. My buddy started an army of them after reading their fluff and the white dwarf "codex" and felt they had potential (this was towards the end of 5th)...he's finally gotten a decent size force and has been having a blast with them. They're not over powered in my opinion...every fame I've seen them in has been relatively close. I would say they're currently pretty balanced...except maybe Celestine in certain circumstances...she seems a bit much for her point cost...

They've also never had Plastic Models, so putting together a list costs an arm and a leg. I know a couple of Sisters players, used to play against one of them pretty regularly, but haven't seen them as much for quite some time. If anything, they are in general somewhat underpowered now, but they can still rock.

Sisters with GK Allies won TSHFT* last weekend, but that was being run by one of the best players in the area. One of the best in the country, actually, he took 2nd or 3rd at NOVA, too.

*The most hardcore major tournament in the PNW.

One of my favorite solution to back-line artillery (Exorcists in this case) has been, and always will be Ymgarls.

They won't be moving a whole lot, so enjoy your auto-hits.

I did hear they lost a lot with the stupid half-assed PDF dex. Before, my regular opponent would field Karamazov and Celestine in one list and it led to some serious mental games. Kammy once whupped an Avatar in CC and Celestine was just a right royal pain - although she could never take on Genestealers. Even with the act of faith that let her temporarily have a 2+ save. However, sometimes a regular ol' canonness would turn up instead of Kammy and she always killed everything. EVER.
