6 minutes past the 7th hour of the 8th day, on the 9th month of the standard imperial Calendar, Chaos came to Victaria 24.
It began with the orbital shelling of anti-air defense stations, followed by the screams of millions as all hell broke loose. Soldiers fought civillians in the streets, and the Chaos space marines came, burning entire villages and towns as they came.
During all of the chaos, Dark Apostle Drachmir has been busy. Flinging open the secret doors of his safehouse, worshippers of chaos hav begun to flock to him. You are one such worshipper. And To further yourselves in the eyes of your gods, you must go to him. For the whispers in the dark speak of his plan, to advance the strongest of his followers further in the eyes of their dark masters. As anarchy decends upon your town, you make your way to the safe house- and this is where your path to darkness begins.
---------------------------------------------------- OOC- Tyamus, Seeing as Khanis is a special case, Don't post for him yet. Wait a short while, I'll introduce him soon. ----------------------------------------------------
Drachmir- for he had everyone adress him by his surname- Sat in the rather comfortable throne he had made for himself in hsi safehouse. Truth be told, his sister had helped- for it was made of the bones of most of his servants- as well as several cusions and bits of lush furnishing. He could sit here all day and never et uncomfortable.
Before him was a Crowded room, once the uest room, dining room and hallway of his home. He had removed the walls and stairwells, bar the two to his and his sisters rooms, makin for a very lare space. It was currently filled with people. He scanned them over, makin notes on the most powerful looking ones. Smiling, He tapped his fathers cane off of the Ground three times, a loud, echoing sound. The rooms quietened, and all looked towards him.
"Greetings, my fellows! At long last, our time has come. Your patience is about to be rewarded. Chaos has come to our home, to drive the filth of the corpse emperor away. And we will be here to reap the benefits!"
He paused now, letting his words sink in, before continuing in his deep charismatic voice.
"Now, I know some of you wonder how we can compete with the sheer power of the chaos space marines. Some of you may have been expecting to serve them. But in truth, any man can be a true champion of chaos. I am planning a great feat, to earn the attentions of our gods. And any of you can be part of the plan! All you have to do, is stand with me. Take some time, mingle, discuss it with your allys, family and friends. Whoever you will. I shall be speakin with some of you as well. Then, I want you all to tell me who stands with me. You have an hour." With that, he bowed, to great applause, then stepped down from his throne and began to wander into the crowds.
Kel watched her Brothers speech from a second floor balcony. She wore ragged, dirty- bloody- clothes, unlike the clean, pressed and fresh clothes her brother wore. She held her chainaxes, bathed still in blood, by her side. Sh didn't care much for words, but Her brother had promised her Slaughter, and she wanted slaughter. "Blood for the blood god..." She murmured, revving her chainaxes once. Those with sharp hearing may have heard it faintly, but it was mostly drowned out by a loud crash as a stack of glasses fell to the floor, care of a clumsy servant named miles. Miles had been spared, because he had shown her how to restrain another servant, to let her feed the shrieking woman the remains of the Late lady drachmir. Kel laughed joyously at the memory, at the gagging, retching. It had been fun, but not as fun as carving the servant up. Kel remembered the Servant girl too. She had tasted wonderful.
Kel wandered downstairs, looking at the crowd. Spotting the person she was lookin for, Kel grinned, and shoved her wa throuh the crowd.

Tyamius came wandering into the room and approached Drachmir with a bow. "Hello old friend." Tyamius said with a bow. "I am the Emissary of Tzeentch and Changling to be, You may call me Tyamius." Tyamius pulled out a simple looking book from inside his robes, his scars began to glow as he touched it "Change..." he whispered loud enough for Drachmir to hear him, and as he did the book bubbled and morphed into his spear. The Mark of Tzeentch right under the spear head glowed bright blue as if it were ablaze. "I am here to help."

Drachmir smiled. "But of course you are. And as Cocky as ever I see. Changeling to be Indeed. Please, Stow your weapon. Walk with me. We are not worshippers of Khorne, waving our weapons around so publicly, are we?" He paused for a moment, before turning. "On the topic of the Blood God, Where is my sister? I seem to recall her going up to her chambers, but I would like you to... Ah! Sister!"
Kel looked over from her food, that one of the few remaining servants, manuel, was holding nervously. She swallowed the peice of meat, and walked over, head cocked. Manuel breathed a sigh of relief from behind her. "What is it, Brother?" she asked in a Surpisingly girly voice for such a scarred girl. Drachmir smiled. "Sister, this is Tyamus, an old friend of mine. Tyamus, this is Kel Drachmir. My sister." Kel stared curiously at Tyamus, though the look looked malicious on her face.

Euphrosyne had selected a the balcony opposite Kel's on which to watch the proceedings. She did not enjoy human social gatherings, and most of these humans stank to her. Her cloak was up and her gloves were on, she did not intend to be noticed as the Dark Eldar she was by this pathetic group of followers. It had occurred to her to leap downwards and slaughter the room....it would be like target practice....
Instead she stood quietly watching them. One man wandered up next to her and was quickly rebuffed. Others tried much like him but they were either told to go away or in one poor khorne worshipper who was a bit drunk's case dropped off the balcony to land with a painful looking cry on a table which promptly splintered and broke under his weight.
Soon whispers were circulating among the crowd about the woman on the balcony. Most of them appeared ready to avoid her and advise their friends to do so.

"A pleasure to meet you." Ty said with a bow, his spear transformed and tucked away in his cloak again. "You wear your scars with pride, just as your brother does." Tyamius said his scars glowing as he intercepted a psychic message. "Hmm interesting. I will be at your call when you need me." He whispered before walking towards the balcony.
"Mirabella. Why do you bring pain everywhere you go?" Tyamius said as he reached the balcony.

Kara sat away from the rest, he hadn't been brought here by his will, Euphrosyne had made sure of that. Now servants of chaos moved around the room, a table broke, the wych again, she stood smirking over the balcony. She was Slaaneshs design no doubt, he was old enough to know that much. He closed his eyes, his face looking downwards. The room seemed to ebb and flow nicely, emotions swirled through the room, many colliding, he could feel Drachmirs contempt for every soul in the room, there was no trust and certainly no believe that this ragtag group of people could accomplish much. Tyamius did very well to disguise any kind of thought or emotion, he was clearly a learned man when it came to telepathy. Euphrosyne's emotions were interesting, she wasn't human at all, that explained the paleness of her skin. Apparently the humans stank, maybe it was true, the cultists in the room clearly didn't bathe often, there was something deeper than that, a collection of emotions that were beyond him to unravel. All this was overshadowed by one single emotion in the room, coming from a single source. It was unlike anything he'd sensed before. A hunger, so great and insatiable it would lead to massacre beyond compare if there was no leash to pull. It scared him a little, whoever was creating it would be avoided.
He opened his eyes and stood up, so much chaos for one little room, if what Drachmir said was true, chaos was laying waste to the planet, robbing him of his chance of revenge. He'd just have to cut higher up, hopefully it wouldn't be long.

Euphrosyne turned to glance at Ty her orange and red eye cool with a lack of emotion. He could tell she had already dismissed him from importance and was tolerating him as it were. Which was why he received no response. In fact if it weren't for the fact he knew her senses were excellent he would have thought she hadn't heard or seen him.
And then suddenly she spoke not addressing his question. Her voice was smoothe like her weapons, "Do not refer to me as if we are friends or in that arrogant tone of voice...Monkeigh....Show some respect..." With that she went silent again still studying the crowd. As she caught the eyes of Kara she smiled and waved

Cado looked around in the room, his gaze searching for anybody who might be useful in order to further his scheming. As he saw Tyamius leave the dark apostle's side Cado walked over to the Drachmir siblings. "Good evening apostle, skulltaker. I wonder about this plan of yours, how will we get the attention of the four even though we are competing with the chaos marines?" Cado said calmly, masking his emotions so as to not induce fear in those cultists who were too close and too weak of mind.

"Yep definitely Slaanesh, judging by that body at least.." he briefly allowed himself to think, then it dawned on him... Eldar... that explained the ears, but not how she got here. He allowed her to look a little deeper into his eyes, see if she was made of strong stuff. Perhaps she was the route to what he wanted... power. Despite his apparent complicated ways, Tzeentch had always seemed a little dull. Sure it was intricate, but it always ended with some big spell. Nurgle was even less subtle, and judging by some of the Nurgle aligned in the room, he didnt want to end up like that. Slaanesh on the other hand was the most interesting God, less powerful yet he played on the one thing Kara also knew well, emotion...
He concentrated on the wych again, trying in vain to untangle the complicated web off her thoughts, maybe it was because of her race. The triple helix DNA was complicated, yet it was nothing compared to the mind. Kara's skill didn't reach that far.

She grinned feeling the not unfamiliar tug of someone trying to enter her mind. She vaulted over the side of the railing landing on her feet below not even bothering to say anything to Ty. The crowd parted very quietly for her as she reached Kara and bowed, a strange thing for her to do. She drew down the hood of her cloak and for the first time her face was evident to Kara. She smiled at him taking a seat beside him, a show of respect he could tell was uncommon for her. She pursed her lips for a moment as the crowd returned to their chatter keeping a watchful eye on the two of them.
"You were trying to get in...don't do that...not because I have untold mysteries I don't want you having, but because the darkness might harm you if you aren't ready for it..." she smiled and he could tell she wasn't threatening him, it was strange..she almost seemed to be protecting him. She reached into the pocket of her robe producing some sort of fruit. Her inhumanly sharp nails sliced it down the middle and he saw many red seeds decorating a yellow center. She held out half of it to him before digging out a few of the seeds and enjoying their red membranes.
She did not say much as she ate. It gave him a chance to study her. Something about her mismatched eyes was unsettling and beautiful all at once. She glanced at him with the red one, "What has you here young Kara..." it was the first time she hadn't called him Monkeigh since they'd met.

'Kara do not fear her...she means you no harm' Tyamius said shooting thoughts to Kara. 'Mirabella, I do not mean to sound rude or arrogant but I would like a word with you. This is a pressing matter, a few psychic signals I've intercepted in the past hour that you must hear.' Ty paused and watched the two in the crowd, how long before someone panicked over the dark eldar in the room? How long till some random nurgling freak caused a scene and began spreading pestilence across the room?

Drachmir turned as Cado aproached. "Ah. Greetings Cado. Glad you could make it. Sister, this is Cado, man of mystery and dark lore. Cado, my sister, Kel. She is responsible for my most... Interesting Decor." He glanved aroumd the room at the bloody walls and Bone-Carved throne. "Run along Sister. Find someone to play with. Prehaps Jillian could use some company. She has been most lazy these past few days." Kel grinned and ran off into the crowds. Drachmir guestured to a side door, and walked through it going into his late fathers study. He picked up a glass of wine, offered it to Cado, then took one for himself. "My plan is simple really. The four have their gaze upon this world. They already have their gaze upon us. What I mean to do, is go through the labrynth. Get into nindellian city, our beloved capjtal, and conquer it from the inside out, carving a crest of blood into the ground. Then I mean to open the gates from the inside, reveal our victory to the chaos marines. We will suceed the gods greatest puppets... And become emmissarys of chaos."
Kel stopped midway to her destination, staring at Kara and Euphroseyne as they convrsed. She slowly edged towards them, hands gripping her chainaxes. As she came closer, she caught sind of some of there conversation, about mind rreading, and sbarled. "You cant mind read here. Your not allowed. Stop it, weakling sorcerer."

Kara was not given time to react as Euphrosyne stood throwing off her cloak to reveal not only her dazzling form but an array of blades that even Kel had to respect. She stood in a pose that was all at once seductive and dangerous, a battle stance only a Wych could hold. She looked at Kel dangerously stepping forward no weapons drawn but making it clear if she wanted to change that quickly she could, "Step back Monkeigh...this one is under the dark god's protection....and I will see his will done." Her stance grew more menacing as she stood between Kara and Kel "You are an honored warrior of Khorne...I do not particularly desire to make you another decoration on these walls...but I will do so if I have to....the boy did not know." her lips smiled around the lie , "he can no more control his strength than you can your rage..." she stood her hand on her hip her fingers near her lash waiting for this human woman to make a decision.
ooc(Ty, psychic powers of mind invasion do not work on dark eldar.....he couldn't communicate like that)
She looked up at Ty who had shouted at her as she vaulted over the balcony minutes before and shrugged as if to say you may speak monkeigh, I will listen..

ooc- Not breaking into the mind just channeling his thoughts towards you so that you may hear them, his bio even stated he was a psychic comm link in the past.
ic- The Marines on the surface know you are here, they hunt you. Slaanesh in particular has sent several Noise Marines to find you. My master said to protect you at all cost, you are a key player in his plan. "I shall tell you a tale of how I came to be one of Tzeentch's finest. You will love one part of it.....the part where they tortured me..." Tyamius stopped, shivering at the memories of his prolonged torture. "Also there is word of the plague going around top side...plagued ones are here." And so Tyamius went into detail of his past life, his capture, and his torture in excruciating detail. He rounded the story up with his tutelage by those of Tzeentch and his aspiration to be a changling.

She glanced backwards at Tyamus and grinned what must have been a mocking smile. "You protect me....Monkeigh I do not think you have ever seen a Dark Eldar like me...and I do not think if you lived a thousand moons you would ever see one again..." She paused glancing back at Kel her hand still at the ready as her thoughts continued, "Slaanesh can send his marines....I have slain many more than a few at one time...this time...will be no different..." she cracked her neck slightly the room breathless with anticipation for what Kel would do.
"Let me tell you a little story...there are many sects in my home plane....I was birthed to the Helions...we ride the skies..the winds are our lovers...and we murder in them...a lot....at the age you are now...I was a commander of my clan's flag unit....and if I had stayed with them..I could have owned that clan by this age...and then I did the underheard of...I joined the Wyches...I left that family behind for the most revered and bloody one...I am a four time champion of the arena at 50...I have stood in spar with the greatest Wych of our peoples. And you tell me you will protect me...that a few noise marines are coming for me....child...I do not think you know the doom to which their god is sending them."
