Guys what's better than one flying annoying monster of death? Two flying annoying monsters of death! Roll two of these and use them to pound your foe into a bloody paste. Take all range weapons (I suggest brain leech worms and H. Venom Cannon) because I your flying you don't want rosier on the ground and assault people. Make the most of being really hard to hit by constantly moving. If you want to go CC don't take wings take armoured shell. Wings are for being annoying and just bombarding your enemy. Use both of them in sync to drive your enemy into choke points where the rest of your army can destroy at their leisure.

Can a flyrant deep strike on to the board and shoot? Shoot or run as per the flying monstrous creatures entry if you declare swooping.

Why would anyone ever EVER take the Heavy Venom Cannon? Especially on a Flyrant? IMO it seems like ridiculousness.. Double devourers is always a better choice.

Just a note, and ADL does not 'automatically' provide a cover save; it still needs to obscure 25% of the target model.
That said, this is a way old thread...
