Major glanced over her shoulder as Paladin appeared. Sending her long shimmering hair flying as she reached slowly brushing it away from her face her gaze returning to Ty, "Let me be frank. Neji is not going to come." the light in her hands disappating.
She folded her arms across her chest staring hard, "The only reason we are here is because you have a grandmother who takes care of you and a father that cares. Neji was prepared to leave you out in the cold."
She glowers at him. For years jokes and gossip had Majora gracing Neji's bed. The two were inseparable, always seen together. Always working and whispering. Some rumors held that the cold beauty had taken a bullet to the chest for him. Whether such rumors were true or not both men could see that she spoke for Neji but unlike him she was not a kind person.
SHe stares Ty down, "Neji is disappointed in you. Your grandmother is disappointed in you." her eyes narrow, "Even your father is hurt. You want to come back to us. After the things you said. The only reason you are heard is because Solara threatned to tear the warp apart if you weren't heard." she points at him, "Tell me, why should we reinstate your birthright which you gave up." Her cold beauty is frightening as she smiles cruelly, "Tell me, why should we forgive you."
She steps out of the air hitting the ground with a soft floof and looking at the others, "Your area child. Gifted by no action of your own with amazing powers. YEt you weep like a widow over the things lost. You are a braggart, a poor fighter at best, and you cross all those who once cared for you. Tell me son of Tyamus Why do you deserve eternities gifts?" he can feel the judgement all around him. "Tell me why are you nothing more than a pathetic little boy who happens to have the name of one of the warps most beloved heroes?" she stands waiting to judge his answer the cold fury of a woman with no pity and no heart.

A voice came from thin air. "Because despite his childishness he can be fixed." A patch of air wavered and dispersed revealing Murehk who had been watching for some time. "Forgive my interruption and rudeness. I am Alai Shlaereen Murehk Shelwe walker of the Path of the Outcast." The pathfinder removed the hood of her cloak and with knees straight bowed. "I am honored to speak with you Majora of the warpcrossers, the sinister blade, the angels assassin. Whose deeds are known within the exalted halls of the Black Library of Chaos" Reaching up Murehk released the seals on her helmet and removed it. Placing it on the ground. Where as Major radiated a cold beauty Murehk radiated a wild beauty. Her long blond hair looked like the solid form of morning light and her eyes were piercing as the talons of a hawk.
With a soft motion Murehk placed a hand to her face and then move it away. "I remove my mask so that falsehood shall not be made. Now then" She continued. "If I may be so bold as to speak on this boy's behalf, from the time I have spent working and living around this boy, I have seen that he is rash, arrogant, impulsive, temperamental, and acts without any thought for is actions regardless of the consequences they may have. If you will notice the wall blown out of the prefabricated structure." she pointed to Ty's quarters, "An example. From my experiences with him I have seen that the boy lacks discipline. He is like a child who has always gotten what he wants from dotting parents. Never been told that he could not have something. And now that he is on his own he does not know how to care for himself. What I suggest is that he be taught the weight of actions, and his attitude. If he is able to correct his flaws then maybe he will be worthy of a second chance.

Paladin bows back to Murehk. ''Geetings Meurehk, Child of the Eldar.'' He glanced over to Ty's quarters. "Ah... That was Ty? Even without his Warpcrosser powers?'' He turned back to Ty. ''Beware those Shadows Ty. Ty Senior, and Roxa, his... Mentor, Both fell to the Shadow under their power. You may end up doing the Same. Especially if your are as Childish as Murehk says.'' He stood, waiting for Ty's response.

Lynx walk up next to Ty and put on my glasses. "Just want to make sure, that was Murehk that was talking. Now for this "Warp crosser powers" what are they?" I look at Major, "And my aren't you a beauty?" I put my glasses back and laugh. "Sorry, I forgot to name my self. I am the boy commander, Lynx, "I look at Murehk and back to major and the paladin,"Dismiss what Murehk says, She has had it out for him for awhile. Though those claims are true, I believe she has no claim in this." I Laugh and waves Murehk over to me. Then I sigh and say to Murehk, "This is the boy's ordeal, not yours. Let him Face it alone."

''Captain Lynx'' Said paladin. ''Warpcrossser powers are secret and not to be shared by the outside men. Should you wish to hoin our order, you must prove yourself with or without the intention to do so. Now please, allow Ty to testify. If he is truly a controlled force, let him prove it.''
''Ty. How would you liek to rove yourself? With skill? Or with battle?''

Murehk nodded in acknowledgement toward Lynx. She walked over and whispered over his shoulder. "I have said all that needs to be said on my part. My concern is not for the present but for the future. I can easily see that this boy could be a great hero or a great tyrant. It all depends on the whims of fate." Then with a little smirk in her voice "And unless I am mistaken it was considered a good thing by humans to speak up and defend comrades."

Oriens hand was ablaze with white fire. This was normal doto a blood line of family mixed with aa bloodline of warpcrossers. Still orien never knew the white ones nor did they know him. He never minded. "You know I wander what would happen if ryan was here?" He asked as he extinguished his hand standing up and grabed his flask drinking some of the liquid. Seeing where this all would go. He doubt these white ones knew ryan. Still harrys kids and the shadow man might. Orien did wandver where xeek went off to these days. He shruges dismissing the thought.

(sorry moving, school and work have interupted my rp time.)
"Aunt Majora, my actions were those of a young boy. I have had the past 3 years to question myself, the shadows rage upon my soul cloaking the other abilities I was granted from birth. Not the crosser abilities but my powers of the flame and I lack what control of the mind I should. I can only perform minor powers in that spectrum." Ty stopped and watched as another form emerged from the portal.
A tall man his hair tied back in a long pony tail emerged with silent footsteps, three blades were visible from under his cloak, and he smiled upon seeing the boy Tyamius the Second. Since the vengeance of his father Mathius had become a powerful warrior but his heart was too kind to grant death upon someone he thought undeserving of the punishment. "Majora why do you treat your only nephew with such contempt?" Mathius asked.
Ty smiled, he moved forward a few steps before stopping the shadows of his father and himself intermingled with glee. "Father...I am sorry...I abandoned you and my kin. Namine our psyker brought to light many revelations upon intruding my mind and it is because of her I approach you now." Ty knelt down, bowing his head and spoke in a language only his aunt and fatehr would understand. What it loosely translated to was "Fate has given me two paths I have choosen wrong before but now I see the way. Crossing the path of failure I ask you now for help."

Paladin looked at Majora, then back at Ty. ''So it is with skill of words you aim to earn your powers back with. I eblive you have spken true. But whether my colleages agree is a different Matter. I am willing to give you a limited amount of power back- prehaps mroe if you can Tell me What it was you said. As one of the Beings able to judge your powers return, it is possibly more relevant to me than your Father, who cannot hold say in these Matters.''
At this point, a lone, thin figure appeared from the light. His clothes, though still pure alabaster in colour, were worn, raged and uncared for. His beard was trimmed down, longer than it used to be but tidy enough. His hair was now unkempt, ahving grown to the length of his thighs. He had Dark rings around his eyes that made him look almost liek a skull. His Power Katana on is belt gave him away as Jack. ''Tyamius the 2nd.'' He intoned, coakily and dry, but wuth power none the less. ''You wish for your powr back don't you?''

Majora watched more pieces of the family appearing and she glowered at Paladin as if mentally exchanging with him this is not up to the family. Neji sent us. Her hands flex slightly a sign to those that have worked with her that she is becoming annoyed. She nods at the Eldar, "Muhrek." she says simply with what might be a look of respect, "Please Majora will do here." she glances at the others signaling that what she speaks next is for everyone.
"I hold him in this light because that is what he chose. You all may be willing to forgive and forget." she says simply, "But Neji did not send you to judge, nor do you have the power to grant back the ancient rights our people took when he ran away." She looks at them each in turn, "Neji did not send you to judge him because you each love him too much to judge him otherwise." she fodls her hands, "Personally, the amount of contempt I hold for him is small. But to act as he did let me say this." she stares bluntly at Ty, "I did not have a childhood, I had no parents to speak of besides my brother, I was constantly in training and being pushed." she points at him, "I never ran off, I brought our father's murderer to justice at my brother's side."
She withdraws her hand which he notices appears cold in the light"You had more than me, and were a spoiled brat from it. Yet act like you were mistreated." She shakes her head at him, "You speak excellent words. But I have no doubt in my mind that you have yet to learn the wisdom needed to return to our kingdom."
She looks at the others, "And believe me, if Neji were here...he was one of the most hurt by his actions."

Jack looked at Majora. His facial expression changed slightly, his from deepening and his Eyebrows stooping slightly. ''At least Majora, you had a childhood. Cherish what good came in it.'' Then he went back to his placid, tired and haunted expression. ''I for one agree however. Your actions hurt most of us. I remain one of two unaffected, Midnight being the other. I remain placid, bcuase my emotions controll me, ad she cannot control her feelings enough to care.'' He shrugged. ''You are the Judge. Paladin has advised. I act as witness. Make your Jurisdiction.''

Ty looked up, "In shorter terms I said from the paths fate gave me I chose wrong, now I return to correct my wrong doings and bring my fate to those who are here to judge."
He materialized his swords holding them out to his aunt. "Grandfathers swords...If I am not worthy to regain your faith and my powers i'm not worthy to hold these blades." As he transfered them both to his left hand he reached in with his right and pulled an orb of pure darkness, which he held to his father. "And if that is the path fate is giving me I am also not worthy to wield the power of the shadows."
Mathius watched his sister, Majora was speaking the truth she had no true childhood and avenged their father at his side. But he was a parent and knew forgiveness was something he had that he didn't know if she did. "Majora, this is the time to think of what father and mother would say. I have shown you all the memories with him I shared. You know what must happen here."
