Also, for the record, remember that you cannot regenerate from being sacrificed, and you would still retain any counters, enchantment and equipments when you regenerate.

You also can't regenerate if you get -X/-X

Ther rule I know... just needed some way to explain it. The link provided says that not all parts of the rule apply at all times, wich makes sence, for if you had to apply all of the parts of the rule, nothing could ever regenerate.

Black FTW!!! I'm actually starting to consider starting playing it again... I have a huge box filled with thousand cards... reaching from shadowmoor and all random cards from past blocks... But I won't use a single coin on it. I don't make lots of money and I still want to reach about a 6k Tyranid army and I'm only a little more than half the way... So... can a Deck build by old cards still be playable today and have a chance of not getting totally wiped out?

Most of my cards are from ravnica set. the older card are technically not allowed to be played (they ban older sets to make more money)

They can be very very annoying though... some of the old cards. They do however, tend to be way overcost compared to reccent cards.

6 for a 4/6 back then, or 6 for a 6/6 with flying and an ability now.
