ok, i made a r.p like this once before. only it didnt take off so well.

basically, you are a character who has escaped from an abandoned laboratory to find your world ransacked by tyranids. after meeting up wit multiple similar cases and the head scientist, ho is dying from a tyranid scyhing talon to the jugular, who reveals to you that you have all been given 2 powers, which were designed to make you super powered soldiers. You were rescued by the imperium, who have all taken you on board as a unit of bio troopers, and you are beingb deployed on an imperial world, ravaged by chaos forces.

ooc- lets begin. Anyone who wants to join later can.
We begin on baord the imperial ship 'Dutyforged' in the canteen

ic- Jack picked at his rations. 'Gruel blocks. We are being fed Gruel blocks. i ate better in that facility.' He stands up. Multiple guardsman are having a hushed conversation about the bio troopers. jack sneaks up behind them and grows a long blade from his hand. 'There a problem boys?' he chuckled, grinning like a madman.

Name- Prisoner 16
Gender-Male
Appearance-A long black cloak covers the figure and he appears to have shadows constantly shift about him
Power (B)- Shadow Manipulation(Approved)
Bio- After multiple experiments and finally reaching success 16, was created. But due to the side effects including Psychopathy, Schizophrenia, and Multiple Personalities the procedure was discontinued leaving him as the only carrier of the ability. Although he can be very friendly at times he has very little tolerance for insults or games.

16 sat the edge of the bench whispering to himself as the others talked, he was ready to get out of this place. The guards had all the reason to fear his team and if they continued to speak of them, they would come up "missing"

[Silence]

The shadows shimmered before tearing open, 'O2 standing there with a grim expression and staring at Prisoner 16 while waving a book.

"Jack is trying to murder them. Don't start too. I found this though. I'll have to talk."

He then strode up to Jack, stepping up a bench and then onto a table, before back down again and ignoring the guardsmen and their lunches that were in the way.

"Leave the Guardsmen alone. Only one of the guardsmen in the room deserve death." Pausing to pull out a book and flick through it, he read out slowly with a serious and threatening expression.

"Upon inspection by a qualified officer, any Imperial Guardsman not in immediate possession of the Standard Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer will be flogged and then shot as decreed by Chapter 1, Principles and Regulations, Section 2, Rules and Regulations of the Standard Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer. I'll leave it here for somebody to come collect, later."

With that, he tried to drag Jack away from the guardsman group.

With a solemn grin 16 turned to watch the guards just waiting to see who picked up the book. When one finally did a spike of shadows rose up striking him through his neck and then he collapsed into his food now filled with blood. "Fool now I can eat.." 16 said as he slid over dipping his finger in the blood and tasted it. He removed his hood to reveal a short black hair and his solid white eyes striking fear into the remaining guardsmen who had not ran when his comrade fell.

Jack tore out of 002's grip. 'I'll walk myself thanks.' A guardsman, who was obviously nervous, picked up the primer and was immediatly shot by a commisar watching from the corner. Jack grinned as the man died. 'Idiot.' he said, then walked to his table again. The Senior officer stode in, and everyone snapped to attention. 'At ease!' he shouted, then walked to the bio troopers. 'This is the stop for you. make your way to the shuttle bay in 15 minutes. or else.' he turned and walked away.

Fading into the shadows 16 made sure he was the first one to the shuttle bay. He sat in there talking to himself thinking about what his first thing he would do back on the ground.

Jack meandered in, holding a huge backpack in one hand and a greatcoat in the otehr. The C.O stepped onto the bridge. 'A few of your friends are running a bit late, but i'm a bit early, so i'll forgive them.' He opened up a wall segment, containing 3 lasguns, a laspistol and a knife and a bolt pistol/Knife set. 'Take what you want, but only one each.' He said. Jack took a Lasgun, checking the sights.

[Silence]

Once arrived and tucking his own Primer away, O2 took a lasgun carefully and quoted words he had long learned off by heart.
"I am a man, prone to weakness, but I am a guardsman, where weakness is death, I will crush my weakness with the weight of my pride. Bringer of death, speak your name, for you are my life, and the foe's death." Making sure it was set to a low charge, he fired at the wall to ensure the gun was working after finishing the Litanies of Strength and of the lasgun. He then sat down, stripping the las gun even as he recited the Catechism of the Machine.

"Jack, recite the litany of accuracy if you must check the sights...Meanwhile I shall ensure that the Lasgun is in working order if you do not. " Checking his Primer before continuing to rebuild his lasgun, he recited...

"Spirits of the Machine, accept my pleas, and walk amidst the gun, and fire it true...has anyone seen o3? Designation Michael?"

OOC] As you may of noticed, O2 has been drilled firmly with the stupid beliefs in the Primer. I've done this because I have my own copy. xD. Litanies ftw. All of that is actually in there, the litany of accuracy MUST be recited before aiming down the sight...not that any guardsmen actually bother. End of OOC]

ic- Jack groaned as 002 recited the litanys again. he muttered 'bunch of zaelotic bulls**t' so quietlythat only he could hear himself, then louder 'no, michaels not turned up. havent the foggiest where he is, either.'

16 walked out of the shadows passing the weapons cabinet, "I don't use guns..." he spoke out softly as he slid the cloak off revealing a thin body. He was wearing a sleeveless black shirt and jeans on his feet you could not tell due to the mass of writhing shadows. On each arm was a tattoo the left an angel the right a daemon. He reached into the cloak pulling out a slim power sword washed black to match the rest of him. "Lets move out..." He tilted his head back with a sadistic grin
