World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Cinematic

yori, I beg to differ. What would really make a blizzard movie less than decent is the fact that the script would as good as some less-than-recommendable-movies such as Ninja Assassins.
Example: Person 1: "yo dawg, so I herd you like guns. so we put-" *explosion!* Person 2: OH MY GOD ALIUNZ! *explosion* Person 3: Send in the muhreeeeeeeeens! *explosion* *smoke* Person 4: WE CAN'T WIN THIS! *gun fire* Person 5: OH LOOK! I found like this thing that'll save the world in my pocket! *activates*
THE END
Cheers!

True, Blizzard cut scenes are exactly Shakespearean theater.
Though I hold to my guns that the cinimatics aren't as good as Hollywood computer graphics. They just can't compete with Pixar or ILM.
Now, if Blizzard was willing to outsource to a Hollywood movie company they might have something. They've got a good backstory. And I'm sure at least one thing in the game might be ok for a movie plot. With a movie studio's support they'd have the cutting edge computer as well as a good director and script writers.

Seriously, you're mod bating? After all the warnings and temp ban you still don't get it? Especially since you've obviously never read the ProBoards' terms and conditions. Sorry Sal. I sad you were banned the next time you pulled any kind of stunt, and now I have to pull the trigger. Goodbye. You didn't seriously ban him did you? as far as I saw it was a harmless joke. Heck I even let out a chuckle! hardly seems ban worthy though, If sally didn't say it im sure someone else would have.. seems a tad harsh brah

I only mention the game's specifics and examples of good game instances because I was trying to support my plot that Warcraft would make a terrible movie.
Paragraph edited out because it was vaguely pompous, raging, insulting, and really just unnecessary to the people bashing the WoW players(consider this an apology for those of you who saw it).
I used to play WoW religiously. Yes there are people who need to get out more and a decent portion of them. I play like.....6 hours a month(college has a lot better distractions)? Anyways see next smart-alec line.
Ragging on a specific genus of online gamer. Seriously? Don't you have something better you can do with your time?
Anyways as far as the sal thing goes. While(and note I'm not a mod so it's not really my place to decide) I think sal's comments aren't really that serious, repeat offenders do need to be taught a lesson somehow. Just because someone else might have said it doesn't remove blame from him. *shrug* I don't know enough about the sal situation beyond what I've observed on the forum(which isn't much because I normally only frequent the Tactics and tyranid general board).

World of Warcrack? Seriously? Don't you have something better you can do with your time? No, I don't. WoW is a pretty good game, better than most games being released anyway.

We aren't talking about Sal here. We are talking about the potential (or lack thereof) of a WoW movie. If we can't stay on topic this thread can go away.

Mayhaps you should have done the discreet thing and not pulled the hot shot trigger line then when you banned him cause it's not like that wouldn't get people's attention.
Also you probably owe people an apology which you've neglected to give.
Yori, I've always admired that you were the strong handed mod because every forum needs one but I think you have some power issues despite how much you do for the community and the experience you provide.
I know I know, how dare some green chauvinistic kid(essentially, I mean i still feel like a child even if I can buy booze) try to call you out.
Honestly I was somewhat okay with sal getting banned. He annoys me and is one of the two people who never responds to my posts even when I point out flaws in his "OMG I HATE NIDS" arguments(his opinion based points are valid, but he makes a lot of stupid claims that are kind of subjective or just false). The other member I'm talking about is actually an alumni from the college I attend(College of William and Mary). Sal's annoying a lot of the time, pretends to be intelligent under a banner of progressive socialism which the watered down views on the forum he's indicated as well as the (please do not swear) site's to communism he links at best are undeveloped unrefined views that need more reading(oh (please do not swear) aren't I cool for using smart person words, I should get a gold star or something clearly with my bad boy breaking the rules on an internet forum behavior).
Don't worry about the ban yori, consider this my resignation from the forum. The level of off topic here was harmless and I even inserted a comment at the beginning(FOLLOWING YOUR EARLIER EXAMPLE IN THIS EXACT SAME THREAD) to make it relevant before I went off topic(where you rag on WoW players before you actually mention anything relevant).
Get over yourself. I'm done posting on this forum, any looking at this forum I do will from now on only be to analyze the tactics section.
And please, show your level of maturity yori by deleting this post and still neglecting to apologize to the people you ragged on when we're supposed to be a friendly community.
