A project I'm working on, comments welcome (constructive ones are more useful). I know my camera is awful, I apologise.
The Cult:
Patriarch (Broodlord or Tyranid Prime). Basically a biovore with a carnifex head, ravener claws and the front limbs are the biovore's arme (minus fists) with claws made of carnifex spine plates:
Hybrids (Termagants). Catachans with a rending claw:
Magus in the "Brother Bus" (Tervigon): This is a Revell 1/35 APC with various bits and pieces on it. The front of the APC was cut out and I built an altar from which the Magus can preach (and more importantly cast catalyst). The figure is a ForgeWorld renegade psyker (the other model from the pair is at the back, going mad with religious fanaticism). Spawn Termagants rule is represented by the bus being full of Brothers.
I'll leave it there for the pics for now, I have also got a few more things converted, which I can post if people are interested.
Hybrid commanders (Warriors or Venomthropes): Basically posessed CSMs with some stuff off the mutation sprue and tentacles made of putty.
Advanced stage Hybrids (Hormagaunts). Crypt ghouls with scything talons.
Hybrid Assassins (Lictors or Raveners). Callidus and Eversor assassins with shoulder mounted guns (think Predator) and 6 limbs, including some scything talons and various blades.
I'm currently working on a TFex,which will be a quadrupedal walker made out of IG sentinel parts. Also Zoanthropes/Hive Guards, which will be modified Catachan heavy weapons teams, possibly mobilised on a small chassis with wheels to represent being able to move and fire, and probably heavily armoured/sandbagged to represent the Zoanthrope's 3+ invulnerable.
