Ok then, the idea behind this is that it is a role play, where you can join and leave as you want. Also this is meant to go quite quickly so please post atleast once a day.

You will be in a platoon of imperial guard, (yeah stole it from carpe noctem and changed abit but still also you can be ogryns and ratlings). Ofcourse you cannot be a tank, or any sort of HQ type of character (captain, commander, etc). Do not God mod (kill off enemies in your posts or even kill allies in your posts) If you want to fight someone then don't say you chopped his arm and legs off, say something like, "And Bob ran at the genestealer and brought his chainsword down from the right" Then I will see if you hit or not, and if you killed it or not.

Ok, you are on a planet, thats under control of the imperium. But it is under attack by nids. Also when you first join put some stuff about your character, because this platoon has been fighting together for some time so they would know about eachother, and you can join whenever you like and leave whenever as long as you say, and get yourself killed.

If you want to be company commander then state so, first person to post as him gets to be him!


I will be a pilot for the valkyrie, because later in the story you might need me... Ok, time to start then!

Name: Hark
Equipment: Pistol, chainsword
Class: Valkyrie crew

The gaunts ran across the field, gibbering madly, a living tide. They ran towards the imperial base. A gaurd shouted to the others, "They are coming!" Almost instantly the base came alive, guardsmen ran out of the bunkers and got the equipment on quickly. At the landing pad a valkyries engine powered up. The ogryns were steered to the action by the commissar and got up onto the wall, firing their ripper guns at the gaunts, the ones they hit died quickly, the problem was that they did not hit alot. The rough riders charged into the fray, they were cut down quickly by the mass amount of scything talons around them. The storm troopers jumped into the back of the valkyrie, which flew into the air and over the gaunts. It hovered behind them and lay down cover fire, heavy boltguns and multi-lasers opened fire. The twelve storm troopers dropped down, and looked into the eyes of the monstrous carnifex in front of them.

Name: Aeris
Equipment: Chainsword, Sniper rifle, and bolt pistol.
Class: Scout
Looks: She is slender and rather small on top of that. Her hair is short and choppy at the top but has one long braid running straight down her back. Her eyes are a glistening green and she is always smiling.
Bio: She grew up in the slums of one of the Imperiums lesser planents. When she was fifteen she joined the guard to get away from her terrible home life. She is about 17 now and anyone who asks gets told she is 19. Her mood is never sour and she is very kind to everyone around her.

Equipment: sniper rifle, which he can hold one handed because he has had years of training cahinswod bayonet o the end, chainsword, frag krak and meltabombs.

bio- tal, belo waist long hair, dosent smile often. afraid of dogs, merciless, dates a girl called lightning. has healing psychic powers and regnerates like the doctr wen he dies, but looses most of his memorys whn he does.

hary sat on the roof, sniping gaunts by the dozen as he looked at aeris. "are you gonna help or what?"

Aeris was seconds ago laughing at some joke turns her braid slapping her waist and grins," You don't have them or what?" She climbs up besides harry and start eye shoting gaunts. Then she sees the carnifex nad grins as she pumps shots into it's head.

Harry fired, three gaunts fell down, they died swiftly, but there was more to replace them. Aeris was more successful, killing three gaunts. When she fired at the carnifex a shot pierced the carapace. Green blood pumped out of the wound and it turned its face towards her. It ignored the storm troopers now and charged at the wall. It swung its body at the wall but did no damage, the wall shook a little. "Take down that carnifex!" The commander shouted, as the carnifex swung its body back again for another try.

(OOC: Guys try and write abit more please, where abouts are you for example, I presumed you were on the wall but you could of dropped behind the lines with the stormtroopers or be on the wall etc)

ic- harry loaded an inferno found into his sniper and fired, whilst trowing a melta bomb in the other. the resultant explosion consumed a dozen or so gaunts, and the sniper found made contact with the carnifexes throuat. "move forward go go go!" he charged over the top of the wall he had been firing from and flicked the bayonet off of his sniper. the, pulling out his cahinswords, he attacked the guants in close vcombat.

ok ok, guys stop arguing! Goomba, company commander, and zangoose you can be the lord commissar, that alright? since your bio sounds like a commissar... And im sure double posting aint allowed.

(OOC: just incase your wondering, this will get a story)

Harry killed 4 gaunts with the chainsword hacking them apart with ease, they had no skill in the combat instead they had numbers. Up in the control tower gargoyles flew around, they shot into the tower, missing but quickly diving through the now smashed window. The carnifex shrugged off the meltabomb as though it was a fly, the whole in his back started to heal. He brought himself against the wall again, huge cracks formed across the wall. The IG all rushed over the wall into the living tide, many were consumed almost instantly, screaming in pain. Some thought though, among the survivors were the veterans.

The valkyrie flew across the field again, this time heading to the tower, which had 40 or so gargoyles flying around it. The valkyrie hovered near the tower, the back opened creating a ramp for the people inside to get in, and the guns fired creating covering fire.

Bio: hes your generic cammissar, cold and heartless. he wheres standerd uniform in the from of a trench coat and has a cat on his should (like the previouse dex's trade mark item)

Rain grunted "We will not flee this base..---" see the mass of gargoyed "--humm We are bring this fight to the air" Rain and his retinue of spychics run to the air ship rain firing his bolt pistol as he runs

harry cursed as the carnifex began to heal, then rammed into the wall again. cutting the area around him, slicing at gaunts with the fghting style of a harlequin, he slashed both legs out of the carnifex and sprang back, engageing more gaunts. he then looked arund to see anything moving, and spotted the gargyles on the tower. "sniper sudron! take out those sky freaks on my command." he waited untill the towers occpants moved. "NOW!" harry fird his sniper into the gargoyles, wings and bones breaking under harrys rapid reloading. (he can reoad much faster than normal, but only in two handed mode. its like a normal sniper in one hand mode.)
