Damian steped up in front of Artanis. "Fix that damn gun!" he yelled, firing at the nearest ork and pulling out his knife.

"You got it!", he shouted, and tossed one of his daggers at an encroaching ork, before attempting to clear the jam. "Let's get out of here! There's only one piece of cover and--", a small explosion tore through the air, "Nevermind about there being only one piece of cover. Let's try and get to higher ground!", he shouteded again, clearing the jam and reopening covering fire. He snatched up his dagger while he did so, then ran with Damian

OOC: Did I need to wait for you to say if I cleared the jam or not? And I'm pretty much assuming the dagger missed an ork 'coz of stress while aiming, because he needs both daggers to fight effectively in close combat.

@all: Ryan watches as the shot connects with the massive ork causing him to disappear with a bright light. As the light fades nothing remains. Suddenly the orks pause as one as if the death of the massive ork seemed to have affected them all. They simply stand there uncarring at the fact that your all continuing to fire at them taking them down one by one.

"Strange... Common you maggots cut them down!" Blake shouts as he fires of a pair of shots beween the eyes of some orks in the distance.."

Damian pulls out his knife and wanders from ork to immobile ork, idly slashing throats. Dum de dum...

Ryan gasped as he slammed his back against the ruined wing of the ship. he held his gun in right hand and his locket in his left. he muttered and rose to fight again, preparing to fire off 2 more shots...

Artanis stood on a rock and looked down on the world, for all purposes looking like a commissar bearing down on his troops. "Well, well, well. What do ya reckon? Warboss? Big Mek?"

Jason moved methodicaly from one ork to the other, placing a single shotgun blast straight into their heads. He was worried by the fact that the orks just seemed to be staring into space, but he wasn't gonna let that get in the way of killing them all.

Artanis waved a hand in front of one's face. "No reaction at all. It's almost like they're catatonic!"

"Artanis, don't you think it would be better to kill them before they switch on or something, then wonder why?" Damian asked, killing another immobile ork. "Funny. It was never this easy before. Maybe they'll come back as zombies. Fought zombies before. First time i fought orks. Hope i never have to fight zombie orks."

"Yeah, well.", he said, starting to blast away at the orks with his bolt pistols. "I so want to get lightning claws. You reckon they'll let me? Or maybe a dreadnought. That would be good. But you have to get nearly killed or something for those, don't you..."

"im sure i can help you with that." Ryan said smiling standing in front of the 2 with his plasma gun on his shoulder and the giant orks skull in his other arm. "got this as a trophy, im going to get this baby cleaned and see if this can't get me out of this mess." he mumbled looknig into the still bloodied eye sockets.

"Cut your chatter Maggots, grab whatever you need, were moving out..." The commisar growls as he quickly swipes open the neck of a nearby ork...

"Im recieving faint signals a few Kloms away from here... Standard Emergency beacon. Im unable however to raise command so I doubt they have any Idea that were out here..." as he speaks a loud explosion is heard overhead. As you look up you can see a military transport similar to your own screech across the sky in a flaming wreck. Despite that you can see smaller pieces fly off in an organised manner. It doesnt take much to guess thier probably escape pods.

"Grrrr... Alright then... We have two choices it seems, either way theres probably going to be enemy forces heading the same way... We can either head towards the crash site or the Emergency beacon..."

OOC: Alright simple enough, vote your option... The emergency beacon will take you deep into the nearby mountains, or head out in the other direction into the wastes.

"Let's rock!", shouted Artanis, rushing after the flaming wreck scorching across the sky, totally disregarding the commissar, oblivious to the fact that no-one was following him yet.

"I vote emergency beacon." Damian said, grabbing a pair sluggas and sticking them into his belt (he always feels better with a couple of pistols as well as a main gun, and the commissar did say 'grab whatever you need'...).

"i guess the emergency beacon. but im taking this with me!" Ryan said strapping the massive ork skull to his back from some overall straps he got from an ork...
