The plague - Chapter I

[Fungus A]

After a foreword of previous heretics, many sit and cower, rambling about the Plague. The imperium began to notice this all too late, a horrific massing of disease, the evolution of nurgle, whatever it is. It has started its all consuming sweep across the galaxy. Mankinds last hope lies in one of mankinds greatest foes, another plague. The Tyranids.

In this roleplay, you will choose which side, the good, the bad or the ugly. In other words, the imperium of man, eldar and tau - the good. the forces of chaos, mainly nurgle - the bad. And the ugly - The tyranids, the necrontyr, the dark eldar and some vague remnants of chaos that have a soft spot for mankind.

The Bad has begun it's all consuming wrath, thegood are left defensless against the Plague, The Ugly are called upon to ally with mankind against ragnarok.

Name: rabidrend Festermonk
Squad: 6 Nurgle daemon princes. but two are armed with a pair of cleavers of decay the other two are armed with swords and shields.
Side: The bad.
Bio: A greater daemon of nurgle. Once a warrior, he had slain a greater daemon of nurgle. The corruption that was present in his soul was overtaken by the remnants of the nurgle and he was posessed. He has climbed the ranks ever since, and now leads the charge to consume the galaxy.
Weapons/wargear: A Hammer of putrid, A spawn cannon and the moaning hide.
Abilities:He changes between his Daemon form and his swarm form. upon his command he becomes a putrid ooze, infectious and deadly. his hammer is extremely deadly, causing infection to all that it touces, his spawn cannon is a large plasma blastgun that never overheats, covering the enemy in a sludge of decay. His moaning hide is his skin, covered in the groaning faces of all the souls he has corrupted and betrayed. his back is covered in all kinds of festering fungus and his strength is out of this universe, all of this is emphasized by the eye that he has, boring into his opponents very mind, he posses them from the inside out.

Side: The Ugly
Bio: A Khorne Berserker, separated from his fleet in the eye of terror. He located an escape pod and ended up landing in the middle of a war between nurgle supporters and the imperium of man. After the nurgle fanatics attacked him, he sided with the imperium and is trying to put a halt to the nurgle threat.
Weapons/Wargear: A poisoned Chainaxe and a bolt pistol and power armour.
Abilities: Blood Frenzy. Hahtekh goes into a blood frenzy when in battle and charges straight into the lines of the enemy, destroying any that come near him with his poisoned chain axe.

Side: The good
Bio: Klas-görgen is the leader of a small Storm trooper squad sent to secure a landing spot for the transport craft

Command Klas-görgen commands the units in such effective ways that they will always stand ground until told otherwise by görgen.

Surprise! Görgen is able to launch the most effective surprise attacks in the imperial guard army, he and his squad can take out one outpost or alone scout squad when this is issued.

Abilities:They are bigger in size than others,and so can eat man sized pray

[Zrascak]

Name:Zrascak
Squad:Five elite chaos space marines armed with one special chainsword (four of them onehanded one twohanded) and one bolter each.
Side: The bad. He "prays" to whatever chaos god he founds fitting for the situation. (Mainly, he's a loner so sometimes he does weird things. He doesn't have very much respect for gods of any kind since he has already managed to flee from Tzeentch's own planet with a whole army of the 1000 sons searching for him without very much trouble.)
Bio:Popping out of nowhere Zrascak went into the warp by jumping on a space hulk and learned sorcery from the great sorcerer Magnus the red himself. After getting into a quarrel with one of the chaos space marines that was high in command Zrascak fled and got to the dark eldar world of Hesperax where he learned how to fight with swords. Later he fled from that planet to and landed on a planet ifested with nids. He fought the nids for ten years and in the process he made himself five magic swords out of reinforced nid talons. One of the swords is a gigantic twohanded sword and the other four are one and a half hand swords.
Weapons/wargear:One gigantic twohanded sword. Four hand and a half swords.
Abilities:Very powerful sorcerer and psyker. Very good at blasting enemies with warp power and spells. Excellentsword fighter.

Name: Shas'vre Luanda
Squad: 5 (+ self) Stealth Suits
Side:The Good
Bio: Luanda was saved from the destruction of the plague purely thanks to his stealth suit and the fact that he had been out on a long recon mission for his commanding officers and returned to find many of his brothers in the fight who had been lost to the plague ignoring orders from HQ he headed out with his men to find any help he could to stem the tide
Equipment: 6 burst cannons, luanda also has marker light and bonding knife that he has made more for killing than the standard ceremonial knife and uses it with efficiency for stealth kills
Abilities: none past his extreme obedience from his squad even over commands from superior officers, which has saved the battle for them more than once hence why he is shas'vre

Name: Karhranskar

Squad: 4 Nurgle deamon Blood Claws, all armed with Power Axes and Bolt Pistols.

Side: The bad.

Bio: Karhranskar was coaxed over from the feral space wolves into the side of the rotting Nurgle heretics and was transformed into a half space marine half deamon. He then coaxed other blood claws into the ranks of the nurgle deamons which he succeded in doing.

Weapons/wargear: Power Axe, Bolt Pistol.

Abilities: Blood curdling scream/Roar - creates a sonic wave that either renders the targets useless for a few seconds or knocks them flat on their backs.

Amongst the massing of stench and rotting carcasses, a small group of deamon princes and a greater deamon princes stirred. The planet ND0/K4's mining facilities had recently struck a nerve, an underground cavern, filled with deathguard, solid like statues, they struck without warning and infected a party of miners, from there it spread, and so begun the plague, a few other planets across the galaxy such as Stalinvast and vespid had been infected with much the same story. But it's too late to stop it now, it's already begun. The deamon awoke, his princes lumbered forwards and a whole planet of vile armageddon marched towards thier next victim, very few had the guts to resist such a brutal force and exterminatus was too far away, or never worked. another large threat was the warp beacons, the emperors mind was already stirring with the massing of such powerful energies. An entire battlebarge managed to dissapear into warpspace a year ago. "The pathetic energy of mankind is but futile to what we need to begin the harvest of the universe, this galaxy is but the starting point." Posessed by the power of nurgle, the deamon raised itself above the ground. "Today is the eve of a great reaping, for we are greater than all of the beings that walk these hallowed halls."

" So you're finally awake daemon." Zrascak says as he suddenly appears behind the daemon. " I felt your energies from three solar systems away and came as fast as i could. What will we do now servant of Nurgle? he says as he comes out in the light, walking straight towards the greater daemon, ignoring the daemon princes.

Karhanskar revved his chainsaw spraying blood across the ground, his mutated face fused to the inside of his helmet. He looked over the rotting body of his latest victim as his other fellow blood claws ripped into the occupants of the planet, he spun around and stared towards the bulking figure of the nurgle chaos lord. He passed the deamon princes who he gave a nod too as he dissapeared into the croud, as he reached rabidrend he knelt down and gave a growl "Master..."

[Hellbreaker]

Klas-görgen sat in a newly captured outpost listening to the vox radio present in it, he used the microphone nearby to send a message that he had seen several chaos worshippers in the area.

It was like as if the very air was poisoned, he had been feeling dizzy for several days. "good thing we got Abraham and his first aid box" Klas-görgen said to one of the squad members.

'Yes, but is it enough?' interrupted Hahtekh, as he entered the outpost. 'I have located four nurgle outposts, three with powerful psykers leading their repellant forces. But it is the last that disturbs me, Klas-Gorgen, a very powerful, greater daemon prince, who goes by the name of Rabidrend, well known through the eye of terror, is here.' Hahtekh ended with with an unusual tone of despise in his voice.
