I think it stands at 235 painted models (includes 126 Gaunts).

Points;
4,637 points of painted models. I run everything incredibly light on Biomorphs, and these points don't include any Apocalypse formations, Without Number, etc.

I've got 2427 painted at the moment (out of 7,909 points, not including the 2 carnifexes , 3 warriors, and 16 genestealers on their way, nor the potential 30 ripper bases I can make)

heres a pic of the big one in back, I usually use it as a hierodule as its about the same size and has legs but sometimes as a Trygon as it's body is carnifexy

Since it was too hard to see them in the other pick and they just looked like a blob. I've put my MC's in front, theres 10 carnies, 3 hive tyrants and the gargant
no angled shots as the cam is part of the computer monitor I hate macs lol

I still think Justin Cook beats all of you. He has over 20k of Tyranids. He has a dozen of so Hive Tyrants, as well as over 30ish carnifexs. Not to mention the half dozen hierodules...

I'm more wondering what someone like Phil Kelly has (who wrote the codex and came up with the concept designs for most of the new models like the carnifex)
