Help: Need to find this model!

So, a long time ago, when I first saw someone playing 40k while browsing a hobby store (and I looked on in utter horror/curiosity at this guilty sight, for I had been so young as to believe that Wargames were de debil! Not sure where I got the idea, it sure wasn't my parents...probably same place I got the idea Sci-fi was bad, despite my dad owning a ginormous library..but I digress), I saw something most curious.
I saw these guys in robes, carrying huge chainsaws...and they were charging across a table at this other force of some real dumb-looking space-elves.

Years and a codex purchase later, I know what these minis were: Priests! But that brings me to a more important question....
where on earth can you find them? It seems like they're out of print nowadays! Such a pity, that.....

And for those who aren't sure of the figure I'm talking about, it's the one in this picture:

Well I have payed against these crazies a few times now and they are brutal if you don't either shot them our wipe them out first turn. The weapon they are wielding is called a "eviserator"(sp?). Basically a chain sword on roids. But its a power weapon and it gets 2d6 armor pen on a vehicle.

Anyway yeah, the models are hard to find mostly because no one really plays the Inquisition, but I'm sure you could either direct order them and Ebay it. Best of luck.

That's the thing...I've been all over Ebay and the GW site....closest thing I could find was a redemptionist from necromunda.

That particular one isn't a model, that's a CG image from a video game or something.

Well you could always just make them then. Since it seems that the model you have here doesn't actually exsist I suggest some light conversion work. I have seen this done wonderfully.

This is all you need:
1. Big box o' zealots
2. Green Stuff( or whatever putty you fancy)
3. Some chainsword's.

What you do is cut one chainsword ( refered to as sword from here on in) in half, take another sword and cut off the handle. Glue/GS the two bits together and presto! You have yourself and Chainsword on a roid rage. Simple no?

Another thing you could do is take two sword, cut off the handles glue them together, side by side like, create a handle in the center a lookie lookie you got yourslef a crazy white guy running around with a sword. Awsome no?

I know its a CG..but I've SEEN these models before, oh so long ago...I know I have!

And magos, while that guy in the middle, the heirophant guy, I think, is I think one of the right models, or the closest, they don't have it anywhere on the site for sale.

Also, Folken, what zealots do you refer to?

Looking at the Inquisition codex pg 27, Priests can be given any equipment from the armory, which includes the eviscerator (powerfist with 2D6 armor Pen).

Sisters Repentia carry the eviscerators, so one could modify them to look like priests, or modify a priest-looking model to be carrying a repentia eviscerator.

They did sell that model, I would know because I have it. Used to be part of a daemonhunter retinue blister or some such. Sadly though I checked and couldn't find it either, so you will need to convert one. Shouldnt be too hard really.

I just always thought that model was cool. Ah well. I'll make something work.

The Inquisition is getting an update at the end of 2009...or so.

I doubt the priest will get redone as models though, usually it's just the plastic ones or ones that look too daft to use. They seem lke they'll still be used for a while...

Those are eviscerators, pretty lethal things. My Witch Hunter friend oftens gives a veteran inquisitorial stormtrooper one and sends the mob after my tyrant for some reason. It's quite annoying. Pity you can't get a priest model with one anymore...

Oh well. Kroot mercs get them too, and no-one expects a little pile of green lizardy men to off a land raider

My bad Zeewolf, I thought the Zealots that my friends was running were actual GW figs ( like for Witchhunters) but there not. So I asked him what the hell they where and here is his statement: "They're the fantasy empire flaggelants with various parts from the IG/ marine sprus with some chaos chainswords and such."

Yup, there you go, a little conversion work and presto! You got a bunch a crazies!! Yay crazies! Also, this would keep you from waiting until freaking 2009 for a POSSIBLe modle, this way you can have them right now and they can look just right( in your eyes at the least )
