I have had people contacting me about making them one, and I realised that the time that it would take me to make it would mean that the price would be pretty high.
I guess if I didn't have to clear up the mould lines, then it would be a lot quicker... I might think about it, one day.

Good way to makes some money, charge them for the Carnifex, Magnets, Delivery and making it, you would make your self a tidy little sum...

Well i would only want the bare minimum. As in the magnets and probably nothing else.

Which you could do pretty easily yourself, no?
And the cleaning up of the mould lines still takes all the time..

I'm not sure about the States, but here in Canada we have a toolmaker\store called Lee Valley. They carry the magnets, and they're cheap.
I'm heading over today to get a set of 3mm discs and 1mm posts as I'm not sure which will work best, and since they're like $0.10 each, I'm gonna get a bunch to play with.

I did this to my Flyrant since his limbs kept falling off. The magnets are on tight. I got 1/8" since we had no mm. Turned out well enough. Now all I need is some more limbs with magnets so I can switch it up. Darned if they arn't the strongest magnets ever though. I made the mistake of gluing them to the arms before I glued the ones in the body. Then I went to glue the ones in the body to match the arms but since the arms were made so they wouldn't attract (both positive), When I tried to glue two magnets in with 2 negetive terminals out they wouldn't go. The one side kept flipping itself. I had to cut the magnet off 1 arm and re-glue it. The biggest pain was how I couldn't use any metal to manipulate them. I was poking at them with a paint brush to get it deeper.

Yeah, you wait until you try and sculpt the arm joint using a metal sculpting tool. The GS keeps being squished...lol

I just plan on painting over them. They're well hidden enough with the massive wing. At one point I put an arm with magnet down to let the glue dry and the magnet jumped off the arm, glue and all, to attach itself to my file.
