Not that long. I did the the camo on the other one today, took about an hour to do the tank (the rockets are magnetised and I paint them seperately. After that it's a black wash and a bit of light drybrushing to pick out the edges. It's pretty easy because it doesn't have to be very precise.

133 minimum. Doesn't need LoS either, but you only get to shoot the Rockets 4 times per game.

I've been able to do loads of painting this weekend, 2nd Manticore (which I converted on the cheap) is almost done, just the missiles and some small details to finish. I think I'm going to try and get my Aberrants done in Sept, just need to convert the pick guys to hammer guys first!

Manticores are done! I'm going to try to paint my Aberrants next, after converting the two picks to hammers - that's my September project. Anyway, the Manticores - one original, one converted (modelling is a bit iffy in places on that one, but I think it came out OK):

Thanks! Caledor Sky base, Drakenhof Nightshade, then layering with Caledor Sky mixed with increasing amounts of white for each layer.
