Tau Ignores Cover Vehicle Hunting

Hey Hive, I'm trying out a Tau list against a vehicle spamming Heretics and Renegades list. Tell me what you think!

The plan is to use the Wall of Mirrors rule from the formation to hit the rear of those Wyverns and to just camp with the 2+ cover save.

Stealth cadre is not very useful formation to be honest. Neither ghostkeel nor stealth suits are worth the pts in my opinion. If You want to hurt vehicles I recommend drone formation and riptide wing. Remember that unit of 3 riptides get vehicle and monster hunter special rule with BS4 and once per game formation can shoot twice. Both ion accelerator (S7AP2) or heavy burst cannon 12 S6 shots with rending (with tank hunter) are very effective at taking down vehicles. Riptides can also equip target lock, so each riptide in the unit can shoot different target (boosting BS of other riptides from riptide wing ) Apart from that Your Tau force will do quite fine against other armies, too.
