My own analysis: they're like better* terminators. For 35 points a pop, you have a 2 wound 3++ FnP(no 2+) model that's way faster. Gets to attack regardless if slain. As an elite choice works beautifully with existing detachments(company of great wolf). Lower str cap, but if you survive a round of combat with TH and hit with concussive....when your models start getting pulled off table double attacks per slain model.
I like em. Not game breaking as is, but very cool/good
Nice way for GW to sidestep fixing terminators.
